Episode 11: Attack of the Killer Garage Sale

(Fade to the Nasty Burger. We see the quartet are sitting at a booth. Dannie is staring off, not paying attention to the conversation.)

Sam: "So, Saturday night plans."

Kevin: "I've got nothing planned tonight. Whatcha thinking?"

Sam: "I say we hit the amusement park. I hear the new rollercoaster has a free galleries that'll take three years off your life expectancy."

Kevin: "I'm game. I need some excitement for a chance after dealing with all the ghosts my sis and I faced."

Taylor: "No way. It costs forty bucks just to get in there, not to mention food and stuff."

Sam: "Hey, if you're tapped out, I could lend you the cash."

Taylor: ""Lend" means "repay," and "repay" is out of my reach. Right, Danny?" [Notices Dannie isn't listening.] "Dannie? Hello?!"

(The three notice her staring at Dash, who was passing out invitations to a party he's throwing Saturday.)

Dannie: "Great. It's the hottest party of the whole school year, and I'm not going, again."

Kevin: "Well, what do you expect? Dash is a nuisance and doesn't like geeks. I honestly don't even want to go to his party."

Taylor: "Why don't we get invited to the really cool parties? We've got style, charm, good looks. At least Kevin does, anyway."

Sam: "Dream on. Even though I do agree Kevin is charming and good-looking. But on the social circuit, we're as invisible as Kevin and Dannie in their ghost forms. Not that it'll matter five years from now, but we have each other, right?"

Paulina: [Off-screen] "Hi, Kevin~"

(The quarter turn to see Paulina is looking at Kevin a romantic smile across her face and holding an invitation in hand.)

Kevin: "Uh, hello, Paulina. What's up?"

Paulina: "I bet you know Dash's throwing a huge party at his place this Saturday and your sister wanted him to invite you and your sister. So, he asked me to hand over these invitations for you two since he can't get do it himself. Will you be interested?"

Kevin: "Well, I..."

Dannie: [Shoves Kevin aside and grabs the invitations.] "Of course we're interested!"

Kevin: "OW! Hey! Dannie!

Paulina: "Great." [Place a hand on Kevin's cheek.] "I'll see you Saturday night, lover boy~" [She winks at him before leaving.]

Kevin: "Um, see you later, then." [Glares at Dannie, who was smiling with joy.] "Well, guess I'm going to the party anyway. Thanks a lot, sis."

Dannie: "Don't mention it, bro."

(Maddie is in the kitchen working on a cooking gadget while Jazz is reading a book. The gadget begins to bounce around and make growling noises.)

Jazz: "Mom, what are you making?"

Maddie: "Hot dogs!"

Jazz: "We invented a way to cook them ten times faster than a microwave."

(The gadget dings and Maddie opens its lid. The hot dogs, which have faces, rise up and begin growling and barking. Maddie shuts the lid on them.)
