Wish here! Sorry for the delay, but  I got embroiled in technical issues that are far beyond my capabilities. I made up a video splicing various parts of music and then added Freddie. It took 1 1/2 days to figure it out and construct it. In doing so, I accidentally deleted my entire chapter and had to start from scratch. So please listen to the video and let me know what you think.

"Father!" Carolyn said,  "What are you doing here?"

"I can't visit my daughter and see how she's doing?

" I think a phone call would have sufficed"

"How did you know I would even be here? Are you spying on me?"

"Carolyn, I have decided that I no longer approve or relish the idea of you living in Freddie Mercury's home. I've decided I want you back home with me."

"Home? Is that what you called it, that majestic prison?"

"Carolyn!"

"Well Father I've  decided that I'm going to stay in Freddie  Mercury's house for as long as the so called contract calls for. "

Both Freddie and the band were astonished to hear her say that. Freddie thought that she would  jump at any excuse to leave his home. If he were perfectly honest with himself he would have  realized that it was a ridiculous situation for him to be in, to discipline this princess. Who was he, he thought, a rock star set in his own way and living life the way he chose. Why did she have to come into his life and unsettle it? He couldn't understand why she was affecting him this way and why he took such perverse pleasure in spanking her at Buckingham Palace.

"I don't think that it is a safe environment for you" Carolyn's father said.

"Well, when did you come to that realization? If it's not a safe environment why would you let me go there in the first place?"

A point well taken and the duke had no legitimate comeback for it, she was right.

" Are you willing to forgo 4 million euro just like that?" Freddie asked

" You can't hold me to that contract Freddie, I want her back with me"

At this point Miami who was in one of the outer offices listening as the mic was still open, walked in and said "You're grace,  we will hold you to that contract and the laws of the United Kingdom will hold you to that contract as well."

The duke turned to his daughter and said in a rather loud voice,

"Did you or did you not run out of Freddie Mercury's home last night in the pouring rain?"

Roger looked at Brian while hearing this as eyebrows raised and John just stood there shaking his head thinking what had Freddie been up to?

" My God, father,  you have been spying on me!"

"Jean, might I have a word with you in private?" Freddie asked

The duke nodded and followed Freddie into one of the outer offices, it wasn't necessary for anyone else to hear what they had to say.

"FREDDIE, WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY DAUGHTER LAST NIGHT TO CAUSE HER TO RUN AWAY IN THE POURING RAIN?"

"You grace" said Freddie reverting to the more formal  vernacular, "Carolyn did something  rather impolite last night and lied about it to me, so I disciplined  her as per our agreement.   She was mad and embarrassed and ran out of the house. Once Phoebe and I realized it was pouring, we ran to retrieve her.  She was cold and shivering and sitting on a bus stop bench, I wrapped her in a blanket and carried her to the car. That's all that happened."
