Chapter 24

Destiny's P.O.V *same night*

"Wow so we are all models now?" Taylor asked my mom. "Yes I choose all of you guys and you 2 girls because you all have that pretty face for it." My mom said walking away.

"Hey Destiny and Melody." Anthony said. I was with Cameron holding hands and I can feel him squishing my hand a little more. "You never told us you were coming to visit." Melody said. "I wanted to surprise you 2." Anthony said. "Well you sure did." I said. "My name is Anthony by though way." Anthony said looking at Cameron but saying it to everyone. "So I've heard. My name is Cameron and this is Jack J, Jack G, Aaron, Taylor, Matt, and Nash." Cameron said. "Nice to meet you boys. See you around." Anthony walked away. "I don't like him." The boys said in unison and only Melody and I stared at each other with the what are we going to do face.

Cameron and I were dancing until a slow song came out. "Hey do you know how to slow dance?" I asked Cameron. "No I really don't" "C'mon I'll show you" I said pulling him by the hand we were walking where everyone was slow dancing. "Follow my lead. Ok?" We were dancing and everything felt amazing. Everything felt like it was going in slow motion. We were looking at each other in the eyes. He closed his eyes and started leaning in. I did the same thing. This time no one interrupted anything. Now I can say that we finally kissed. This kiss was magical. I felt something in my stomach I've never felt before. I felt like a million fireworks were lighted on and a million of butterflies we going everywhere. Once we leaned back everyone was clapping. Even my family. I didn't even notice people were watching. We were walking where the guys and Melody were.

"Oh My God!!!! You guys danced amazing and the kiss was perfect." Melody said. " I didn't know people were watching." I said. "Are you serious everyone was dancing until you and Cameron started dancing like in the Cinderella movie. When the prince and Cinderella were dancing in the ball and everyone was watching." Jack J said. I looked at Cameron to my side and we both smiled. But in the background I saw Anthony and he looked sad. "I'll be right back." I said.

I walked over to Anthony and I saw him eating some shrimp from the appetizers. "Hey your not going to share." I said. "Still shining like a Dimond I see." he said. "Well it is my last name." we both chuckled. "I never thought I would come back and see you with another guy." He said. "I waited for you six months. Then I got a call saying you moved on and that I should too. And that exactly what I did. When you broke up with me you said you wished me the best-" I got cut of by Anthony. "Let me guess that's exactly what you got." Anthony said. His phone ringed. And I saw he got a message from a girl named Bethany saying I miss you. "Well I guess I'm not the only one." I said looking at his phone and back at him. "Let's face it. You got someone and I got someone. Let's just stay best friends like we were before. Remember?" I said while walking away.

I went back with the guys. When I got there Cameron hugged me from behind. "Thanks for teaching me how to slow dance properly." He whispered in my ear. "Thanks for making this day magical." I said. He gave me a quick peck in the lips and smiled at me. Hopefully Anthony won't get in the way.
