Chapter 30

Destiny's P.O.V

It was midnight and the guys have already left except for Cameron. "I'm going to my room and sleep. Please for the love of god don't be to loud if you know what I mean." Melody said. Cameron and I started laughing while we walked upstairs.

"Hey I'm going to go change. Do you need any clothes?" I asked him. "I'm pretty sure you don't have any boy clothes, so I'll just sleep with my shirt and boxers on." He said with a chuckle.

When I walked out the bathroom I saw Cameron looking at the pictures I had up my wall. "I didn't know you where a cheerleader." he said while looking at the picture of me and Melody. "That was like a long time ago. We were 10." I said with a small laugh.

"Can I tell you something?" He said while sitting down on my bed. "Yea, you can tell me anything." I said. "I've never said this to anybody but...Every Time I'm with you I feel like it's the same day we bumped into each other and splashed hot chocolate on each other. And we looked at each other in the eyes." He said while putting a strand of hair behind my ear. "Every time we kiss...It's like 4th of July in my stomach. Thanks to you I'm over my fear of heights and I know how to ball dance." Cameron said. We both started laughing at the last part he said. At this point I wanted to cry so bad but I didn't.

"Destiny you are the girl I've been looking for. You are the girl of my dreams. And...I-I love you." Cameron said. This time I couldn't help it and I actually started crying. "Oh my god you have no idea how happy I am to hear that. I had no idea how to say those words to you but I'm glad you did. And I-I love you." I said.

We hugged each other for about a minute. "I promise I won't hurt you and I will love you forever." he said while rubbing the ring he gave me. We looked at each other for a moment. He closed his eyes and leaned in and I did the same. We were kissing but this kiss was full of passion. We weren't rushing, we weren't interrupted, and it was just magical. He laid me on my bed without braking the kiss. He got on top of me and he was rubbing his hands up and down my sides. He was about to pull up my shirt but I stopped him by putting my hands on top of his.

"I can't do this. I'm sorry." I said standing up and running to my bathroom. I locked the door and put my back against the door. I slide down and hugged my knees and rocked myself back and forth. the memory of Lucas raping me in that party didn't leave my mind. "Destiny please open the door." Cameron said while knocking on the door. I unlock the door and he opened it. "Destiny it's ok don't cry. I'm sorry." he said. "No I'm sorry. I can't do this. At least not yet. My first and last time this happened I got rapped, and that memory doesn't leave my mind." I said. "Hey I'll still be here. And I will be waiting for you even if it means that I need to wait my whole life." He said. He hugged me and I hugged him back. We were like this at least for 5 minutes. "Why don't we go back to the room and get some sleep. ok." Cameron said. We went to bed and turned off the lights. He hugged me from behind and whispered in my ear "I love you." he said. "I love you too." I said. And like that I went fast asleep.

Authors Note: damn they dropped the L bomb. Sorry I had to stop the sex scene. You have no idea how hard and creepy it is to think something like that. But it still makes sense right? 😏
