Chapter 37

Destiny's P.O.V

It was 11:00 AM exactly one hour before my flight. I couldn't even sleep at night because I was still thinking if this is what I wanted. "Ready to go?" My dad asked. "Let's do this."

Melody's P.O.V

Destiny was leaving right now. "Are you sure you don't want to come to the airport." Destiny asked me. "I would love too but I'm just going to cry even more." I said. I hugged her for the last time. She got into the cab and closed the door. While the car was driving past me she waved goodbye.

I ran back home, got my car keys, and the letter I'm supposed to give Cameron. I drove as fast as I could to Cameron's house. I just hope he can change destiny's mind.

Cameron's P.O.V

I was with the guys watching a scary movie in the living room until we heard a knock on the door. We all looked at each other because the person knocking knocked harshly. I stood up and slowly opened the door to reveal Melody.

"CAMERON! CAMERON! CAMERON! Great everyone is here." She said. "Yea what's up." I said. "Cameron, Destiny is moving to New York you have to stop her. Here she told me to give you this." She said while handing me an envelope. I opened it. And it said...

Dear Cameron,

Im sorry I can't do this in person but I decided to move to New York. I have this big deal thing that is a one in a life time kind of thing. I just wanted to say thanks for all the things you've done for me. Except for the part that I found you making out with a girl on my bed. I'm sorry things had to end this way but I hope you find someone that is not worth cheating on. Just don't choose a girl you bumped into and spilled hot chocolate on each other. Aha lol well thanks once again. I guess this is goodbye.

Everyone was looking at me. "Let's go to the airport we need to stop her." The car ride to the airport felt long. Everyone was crying and at the same time yelling. We finally got there. We all rushed inside to find Destiny but there was so many people that we couldn't find her. We finally gave up and decided to ask for help.

"Excused me but do you know what gate is it to go to New York?" I asked.

"Sorry but it looks like your late." The lady on the desk said while pointing at the airplane flying behind us.

I ran to the window behind me and put my hand agains the window. "Destiny come back." I whispered to myself while a tear rolled down my cheek.
