The band of people we met today walks to us and turns to the door

"Howdy ho! We meet again!" I gaze around the room
Everyone looks surprised
"Nobody missed me? Damn :("
"What are u doing here?" India asks
"Well I followed these three here"
I pointed to Henessy, Devin, and Jace
"I finally know You guy's names! Nice to meet ya!"
I reach my hand out
"...how long have u been following us u freak" Jace angrily says
"Like since 5 minutes ago I think? I honestly started following you guys cause something else was following ya'll, I wanted to see how long til u guys notice it"
"WHAT?!! WHAT IS IT? DID YOU GET A GOOD LOOK???" Devin freaks out
"Yeah it was a big and burly zombie that was following you guys. But don't worry it's already been taken care of!"
"..by whom? By you?" Joel asks
"Me? Hell no! It was taken care of a beautiful mutant zombie. I'm pretty sure this is the same zombie that has been following us since we left Riverdale"
Everybody's face turns pale
"A mutant zombie has been following us for that long and we didn't know?.." Joel gulps
"Relax, this mutant seems pretty strong, with your capabilities, if it wanted, ya would've died 1000 times already"
"Actually...it seems to be protecting you guy's from the shadows honestly"
"How do u know it has been following us?" Isa warily asks
"Hmmm I have my ways" I shrug it off
I look around the room
"Gathering the supplies in one place, having one group keep watch and switching...smart"
"...thanks for the compliment" Joel scratches his neck
"How was the horde?" I apruptedly ask
The kids pause
Isa's top lip twitches
'hmm she must be thinking of her father abandoning her, hahahah how amusing'
"It was terrible" Isa faintly mutters under her breath before snapping her head back up to me
"What the fuck how did you know?"
"I saw them on my way back the way we came, I had to change my course of direction"
"Which means u would've seen the sanctuary again, and yet u didn't bother informing the soldiers out in front of what was gonna happen?!" India yelled at me
"Chill dude. Think of it realistically, would the soldiers who saw me not permitted to enter the sanctuary, really trust in my words?" I roll my eyes at her
I could see her forcing her words back
'and here I thought she was the smart quiet one' I roll my eyes as I think
'more like a dumb loud unrealistic thinking bitch hahah'
"Anyways I don't recommend staying here, there's a horde heading this way, I'm pretty sure it's the same horde from before"
"They'll be here in approximately 20 minutes"
They all looked apprehensive
I turn to India who was still seething with anger
"Just tell them whether I'm lying or not, that's ur power isn't it? Human lie detector " I say the last part sarcastically
"How do you-" "stop with the questions and just check" I cut her off

India turns to the group
"She's....right"
"In that case, let's check if any cars have gasoline and transport the supplies to them. Let's take two cars, preferably with a lot of space so search for big cars like jeeps or vans" Joel gave commands like flowing water and everyone got to work excluding Jace and I
Jace looked at me
"...freak" he turned away and started helping too
*Sigh* I let out a sigh before turning my attention outside the window
I make eye contact with the beautiful mutant who hisses at me
"You're too pretty to be doing all that" I close the blinds before going to help out too
11 minutes later
"Ok so we found 2 SUV's and 5 gallons of gasoline, more than the initial number of 3 that we were expecting. Quite the harvest huh"
Chuckles came from the crouwd
"7 minutes left" I remind them
Everyone got into the each car after they put the supplies away (not just food)
"There's no more space" Saanvi looks at me with undisguised mistrust
"U can sit on my lap again" Easton says
"No thanks, see ya then"
I make my way to the other car and sit next to Jace and the supplies
"What are u doing here freak?"
"No space in the other car, plus I'm not wanted there"
"You're not wanted here either freak"
"JACE! stop being rude, I'm so sorry miss, Jace is always very prickly like that, don't take it to heart" Henessy said
"No worries, the babbles of children don't make me angry" I look out the window as I cross my arms
"WHAT?! this bitch yo"
"JACE!" Henessy yells at him
"Tch whatever" he looks out the window too
We soon set off to who knows where
