Yang, her golden hair shimmering under the sun, paused mid-sentence, her eyes widening slightly:

Yang: "Well..."

In an instant, a lively group of students emerged from the background, their laughter and chatter filling the air. They surrounded Yang, their poses relaxed and welcoming, their smiles bright and friendly. Yang's words began to tumble out in a rapid-fire manner, nearly matching the speed of Ruby's excited ramblings.

Yang, her eyes sparkling with excitement, exclaimed:

Yang: "Actually, my friends from signal are here. I've got to go catch up with them. 'Kay, see ya, bye!"

But before she could dash down the stone path of Beacon Academy, a shadow moved in her periphery. Hadryn, a figure of imposing stature, moved with surprising agility. He dashed forward, the sound of his metal armor clashing echoing ominously in the air. Ruby, taken aback, started spinning, her silver eyes wide and dizzy from Hadryn's sudden departure.

His hand, encased in a gauntlet, coiled around the scruff of Yang's brown biker jacket, lifting her up with ease despite her height, He brought her face close to his riveted faceplate, his voice a haunting whisper that sent chills down her spine.

Hadryn, his voice low and stern, warned:

Hadryn: "Do not get into trouble."

He dropped her then, his words hanging heavy in the air like a foreboding cloud. Yang, her face a mask of nonchalance, nodded dismissively in response and sprinted forward with her friends,

leaving Ruby behind in a cloud of dust. Hadryn, his figure silhouetted against the rising sun, dusted off his hands, his gaze following Yang's retreating figure with an unreadable expression. His warning echoed.

Ruby: "Wait, where are you going?! Are we supposed to go to our dorms? Where are our dorms? Do we have dorms?!"

Her voice echoed in the air, filled with confusion and a hint of panic. She spun in place, her eyes darting around as if trying to find answers in the surroundings. Her voice dropped to a meek whisper, her words barely audible.

Ruby: "I don't know what I'm doing..."

Suddenly, she lost her balance, stumbling backwards into a luggage cart. The cart tipped over, sending white reinforced cases flying in all directions. Ruby fell back, her gaze drifting towards the sky. A familiar figure loomed over her - Hadryn. He shook his head, a silent reprimand, and offered his hand to her.

Ruby's face lit up with a shy smile. She nodded, shaking off her dizziness, and took his iron-clad hand. With a firm pull, he helped her back to her feet. Hadryn moved to help the men in black and white dress clothes pick up the scattered luggage, but was stopped by a blur of white.

Weiss: "What are you doing?!"

Her voice was cold and commanding, her tone sharp. She was dressed in a long, pure snow-white dress, with matching heels and blouse. A mechanical rapier, "Myrtenaster", hung at her side. Her long hair was tied up in a ponytail, a fringe falling over her icy cyan eyes. A small, healed scar ran across her face, adding to her stern appearance.

Ruby, seeing the escalating situation, tried to diffuse it. She got up and walked forward, her voice filled with reason.

Ruby: "Uh, we're sorry! I didn't see it!"

She bent down and picked up one of the cases. It was surprisingly light, and she held it up in her hands.

Weiss: "Sorry?! Do you have any idea of the damage you could have caused?"

Her words were harsh, her gaze stern. Hadryn, following Ruby's lead, backed away from the icy princess and picked up one of the larger cases. It had unlatched during the fall, spilling a variety of shimmering Dust crystals onto the floor.
