Ruby: "Hey!"

Roman: "Tch, Persistant"

Hadryn, stood alongside Ruby, her scythe at the ready. The moon cast a pale glow upon the rooftop, illuminating the remnants of a once-thriving city.

His armor clanked as he moved, a testament to years of conflict. Without hesitation, he advanced, boots tapping against the worn tiles. His greatsword, sleek and lethal, sliced through the air, aimed squarely at their adversary.

The fractured moon observed, indifferent to the mortal struggle below. Hadryn's purpose remained clear, protect, avenge, endure. And so, with determination, he pressed forward, leaving behind echoes of battles fought and victories won.

Roman's breath caught as Hadryn's greatsword sliced through the air, But Roman quickly responded by ducking, a near miss that left the taste of adrenaline on his tongue. The moon, indifferent witness to their clash, cast elongated shadows across the rooftop.

Ducking instinctively, Roman's cane became an a close range firearm. It whirled, a blur of polished wood, and he channeled Fire Dust energy into a point-blank blast. The air crackled as the blast surged toward Hadryn's chest, a desperate bid to halt the inexorable momentum of the warrior.

Hadryn staggered, armor absorbing the impact. His eyes, fierce and unyielding, locked onto Roman. The rooftop seemed to hold its breath, the fractured moon suspended in time.

Hadryn: "Enough," Hadryn growled, voice raw with firmness.

Hadryn: "You arent getting away."

Ruby, ever steadfast, Began to rush as well to Roman. Her scythe whispered promises of retribution. Roman's heart pounded, torn between defiance and surrender. But his fear in something eliminated all promise of that notion.

The sky was painted as a dark tapestry woven from steel, magic, and the fractured light of shattered moon.

Ruby, her eyes narrowed and fists clenched, prepared to confront her adversary. The tension in the air was palpable as she squared her shoulders, ready to engage in combat. Her determination radiated like a beacon.

But fate had other plans. Just as Ruby lunged forward, a Bullhead—a sleek, airborne vehicle—suddenly ascended from the ground. Its metallic hull gleamed in the sunlight, and the roar of its engines drowned out any other sound. The hatch on top swung open, revealing a dark interior.

Roman, Tired from the quick attempted getaway, staggered toward the Bullhead. However his experience had told him to forget about it, and his eyes widened as he saw the hatch. Without hesitation, he leapt from the edge of the roof inside, his boots elegantly collapsing onto the cold metal floor. The remained open behind him, Air burrowing in with him within the escape craft.

Ruby's focus turned to frustration. She had been denied her chance to confront her foe. The Bullhead rose higher, Eventually hovering in the sky, but Ruby's determination burned bright

Roman spun on his heel, a calculating smirk playing on his lips. His fingers dipped into the recesses of his coat pocket, retrieving a small vial of stolen Fire Dust. The volatile substance hummed with latent energy, eager to be unleashed.

Without hesitation, Roman flung the vial toward Ruby and Hadryn, who stood perilously close to the rooftop's edge. The glass shattered, releasing a fiery cascade that danced at their feet. Ruby's eyes widened, scythe poised defensively, while Hadryn's armor absorbed the initial shock.

But Roman wasn't done. His cane, an unassuming accessory, transformed into a conduit of power. He aimed it at the swirling inferno, channeling his intent. The air crackled as he fired a focused blast, colliding with the Fire Dust.
