The thief who cried

2 1 2

I hate you
I hate you so much
In feeling your last touch

With everything you leave
You are a thief
Your sacrifice took my death from me
It has been a friend, a possibility
Now I have no way out
So you wouldn't have died in vain
No matter how loud I shout
I can't get out this pain

You left me
You left me in a life where you're not in
Your greatest sin has got under my skin

Weren't you able to guess
You sold our happiness
Maybe mine is the same as yours
Washed away from our shores
Now it's like I can no longer breathe
Good for you, you had your relief
But how it pulled me underneath
And took with you all my belief

God is a bastard
God is a bastard who made us part
Got the end before the start

Why it's me who's still there
You left me in despair
Drowning in what we didn't share
It's you who broke me beyond repair
Absent when I need you the most
Blind to what I'm not ready to perceive
In the end I'll dance with your ghost
They say, anger is a phase of grief
