A loved one lost but not forgotten,
Rememberance of days of us just talkin'
Your voice lingers there in my brain.
Memories of good that will remain.
You brought me life and so much joy.
You taught me with negativity to avoid.
Now you're gone and I'm in pain.
Shedding these tears falling like rain.
Heart broken nothing to mend.
Though knowing this is not the end.
Even though now we go our separate ways.
I love you and will miss you always.
