Olivia's povAfter a tragic loss against West Ham, the match ending 2-1 to them and a postponed match against London City Lionesses, it was finally Less' birthday.
I had bought her a few presents for her and I had booked for us to go out for dinner with just the two of us.
I had also organised that Lottie and Maisie will go to Carol and Mario's for the night so we would be child free for the night.
----------------
"Happy 30th birthday, baby." I whisper in Lessi's ear as she buries her head in my neck.
"Thank you, my -- 30th! I'm not 30!" Less exclaims and looks up at me and notices the massive grin on my face.
"Yeah, but you're 25 and if you round that, it now rounds up to 30, not 20." I explain with a massive smile
"Oh shush." Less presses her hand against my mouth so I can't speak. She then takes her hand away and presses a light kiss to my lips.
"Happy 25th birthday, baby. That better?"
"Lots better."
I then lean down to connect our lips once more but am interrupted when the sound of cooing is heard over the baby monitor.
"You stay in bed, i'll get them." I tell Lessi as she goes to get up.
"Hi, baby girls. You slept so well last night, didn't you?" I coo at them as I enter their nursery. "Shall we go see mummy? Come on then."
"Hi, babies." Less says as I put them on the bed.
Both Maisie and Lottie are crawling now, not fully but enough to crawl to less, and so they crawled to her and she enveloped them in a hug.
The four of us spent half an hour in bed just cuddling before giving less her presents.
----------------
"There's one more present I've got for you, baby." I tell less
Maisie and Lottie were napping upstairs and so me and less put on a movie although most of the time we just spent either talking to each other or just looking at one another.
"Livvy, you've got me enough."
"Yeah, but you deserve all the presents in the world. Anyway, this one's hardly a present. Once the girls wake up, we're dropping them off at your parents' house and we're going out for dinner. That's not the best bit though. Your mum and dad are having them for the night so we're baby free all night." I smirk at Less and a matching smirk appears on her face.
"Baby free, huh?"
"Baby free." I confirm
It was safe to say that we would wake up very tired tomorrow morning.
