Olivia's povFor the FA cup, we were chosen to play Manchester City.
I was gutted when we found out. Out of all the clubs, it just had to be Man City.
It was bad enough that I had to play them twice every season, but now a third time. Really?
Less had promised that it wouldn't be bad, but the constant dread about playing against them stayed in my head the whole entire week.

After ten minutes of being at Meadow Park, the Manchester City coaches pulled up and the whole team walked in.
Once everyone had settled in the changing rooms, both teams walked out to complete a pitch inspection.
As soon as I walked out, I saw the City girls all looking over at me. They all had massive smiles on their faces and Chloe gestured for me to come over.
"Long time no see, Captain." Chloe says and I hug her.
"I've missed you, Chlo. Iv'e missed all of you." I go around, hugging them all before i get to Lauren. "Hey Hempster. How have you been?"
"Good. How are you and less? How are your girls?" Lauren asks
"Speaking of Lottie and Maisie, Where are they? Oh god, I've missed their cute little faces. We haven't seen them in weeks." A strong scouse accent, who could have only belonged to Alex, was heard.
"There over there with Lessi." I laugh as most of the girls, but one, run towards less and the girls.
"Hey, kid." Alanna says and wraps an arm around my shoulder, pulling me in for a hug.
"Hi, Lani."
"Gonna be a tough match, huh? We're gonna win though."
"Whatever you say." I pause and a comfortable silence takes over as we look around at the stands. "I hate this match. Manchester City was my home for three incredible years. The club and the people there taught me so many things and for that I'm so thankful because without them, I wouldn't be here today. But my home now, and forever, is in London. At Arsenal."
"I know, kiddo. It must be so hard for you. I couldn't do it and I have so much respect for you and the people that have to do it. But especially you, the City fans are incredible but they don't see the reasons as to why you left and they think you just left us, hence why they boo. They should think from your point of view." Alanna states and we're all told to get back to the changing rooms. "I'll see you after the match. I also want to see your kiddos. Good luck kid."
"You too, Lani." I give her a final hug before going our separate ways
"Your girls are so gorgeous aren't they?" Chloe asks as she comes and walks back to the tunnel with me.
"They are." I smile, looking over to where they were with less.
"They look identical to Less. Same nose, same eyes, even their lips."
"I know, tell me about it. I was the one that gave birth to them and they look just like less."
"How old are they again? They must be what? Six months old?" Chloe asks
"Seven months now."
"Aww, they're growing up so quickly. Anyway, May the best one win, Liv. Good luck." Chloe says and nudges her shoulder against mine.
"May the best one win." I give her a smile before walking into Arsenal's changing room.
