Kawaii-Chan's POV:

"Curisoity killed the cat"

That's a saying my mom used to say to me all the time whenever I used to go searching for answers to things that caught my interest and I couldn't let it go.

I've always been horrible at letting things go because once my interest is caught on something, my curiosity gets the better of me and I end up searching for answers.

It's something that I've struggled with since I was 5 years old and first found something that caught my interest, I almost ended up dying because of it and my mother saved me.

I've ended up in some dangerous situtations a lot over the years because of my curiosity and I know that I shouldn't let it bother me but it does and it always gets the best of me.

So when I learnt the High Priest of O'Khasis would be coming to O'Khasis to officiate Talulla and Levi's wedding, my curiosity was peaked especially by the way everyone is reacting.

Now I find myself opening the small trap door in my bedroom and jumping down into the small storage room I had added onto my house when I moved here a year ago.

Reaching up, I closed the door and held my hand up as flames engulfed it, creating a light for me as I looked around at all the books I had from my childhood.

I spent a lot of time reading because I had nothing else to do and my father refused to let me go out and do my own thing so I decided I'd read and when I left home, I brought most of them with me.

Flicking my fingers in the direction of the lanterns, the flames shot towards them and the entire room was lit up in seconds, walking over I started giong through the books.

I know I had a book on the history of O'Khasis and I remember picking it up a year ago so it should have enough information on the High Priest for me to know enough about him that my curiosity will no longer get the best of me.

An O'Khasis History: The Ro'Meave Family.

Smiling in success, I pulled it off the shelf and sat down in front of the bookshelf, leaning against it as I started flipping through the pages of the book.

My eyes skimmed over everything as I flipped through every page until I stopped when I seen Garroth's name at the top of the page and stared at it for a moment before reading it.

Garroth Ro'Meave, the eldest son of Lord Garte and Lady Zianna. Born to be the future Lord of O'Khasis, Garroth has two younger brothers; Zane and Vylad Ro'Meave.

Garroth Ro'Meave was raised to go to school at the age of 16 and return at 18 to take over as Lord of O'Khasis, however by the age of 15 it was clear he had no interest in being Lord of O'Khasis.

Garroth then joined the guards academy at 16 years of age and went there under the assumption he would return to be his father's personal guard.

At 18 years of age, Garroth completed guard training and was top of his class, tying with Laurance Zvahl and gaining his place on the list to be a Jury of Nine if one of the current members fall in battle.

However Garroth never returned to O'Khasis and instead escaped when the news of his engagement to Nicole, the daughter of the Lord of Scaleswind broke and has not been found since then.

No further information given.

I could see why Garroth would decide to run away at that, I'm not going to question him on anything and flipped to the next page and seen it was all about the high priest; Zane Ro'Meave.
