FORTY-ONE: New Beginnings

Kawaii-Chan's POV:

1 Year and 6 Months Later....

Opening the doors to the balcony, I walked outside and looked around seeing everyone walking around, going on with their day as it was finally warm and sunny out after days of non stop raining.

Leaning against the railings, I heard a quiet roar and looked over to see Seze flying nearby looking directly at me, I smiled at her and she blew a flame in my direction and then took off.

My veins lit up when the flames seeped into my skin and then disappeared, I looked back over at everyone else walking around and then turned around walking back inside.

I was already dressed in a pink shin length off the shoulder puff short sleeve dress and my hair is down in soft curls with a pair of pink flats to go with the look.

It's been a year and six months since Zane and I got married and I became Lord of O'Khasis as well and there has been a few changes that have happened between us.

Zane and I of course got closer too each other and spend everyday together like normal although he takes over more of daily Lord tasks, not because I don't want to but because I don't want to wake up as early as him.

Zane has become even more merciful to the people of O'Khasis although don't mistake that has him becoming weak, Scaleswind attempted that and Zane put them back in their place.

Scaleswind also had gotten a new lord named Nicole who created peace between Scaleswind and O'Khasis so everything has been fine since then and nothing has happened.

I've gotten a handle on being Lord of such a powerful village and of course I do help Zane with a lot of things including the training of the guards because I have some skills that are uncommon in the Ru'an Region.

I also have made a few changes to my appearance, I still wear the same clothes however my hair is much shorter than it used to be, instead of being waist length like before it was now just below my shoulders.

I also tend to wear it down now instead of putting it in braids or anything like that and have been wearing flats a lot more simply because O'Khasis is a lot bigger than Phoenix Drop still so when I go for walks my feet end up sore.

"Good morning Kawaii-Chan" Jumping, I looked over and smiled at Zianna as she walked into the room with a smile on her face, she was dressed in a teal coloured dress.....her new favourite colour.

"Good morning Zianna" I greeted as I walked over and leaned over the crib.....oh yeah! Zane and I have a five month old son named Nicko Ro'Meave and he's one of my favourite people now.

"I came to see if you and Mr.Nicko here wanted to join me for a morning walk?" Zianna asked as she tickled Nicko's stomach, he giggled and wiggled around with a smile on his face.

I laughed as I reached down and did the same thing to him and watched him wiggle around still giggling out, Zianna laughed softly and looked over at me.

"Of course. He's all ready anyways and it's finally a nice day" Picking Nicko up, I smiled at him and adjusted him on my hip since I just carry him around whenever we go for walks.

There is a stroller for him but he likes to look around and he can't when in the stroller, plus he fusses in the stroller because he can't see everything around him.

Nicko has my pink hair and Zane's blue eyes but he has mefiwa ears and a tail, however we've noticed while he has the features of a mefiwa he seems to have human hearing and human sight which is normal.
