Lavra was running back to the camp, but realized how late she was. Everyone had already gone to sleep. It was like Lavra really wasn't gone. She knew it; nobody really cared.

Akamiko went into the cabin, but Lavra didn't dare. She couldn't face Terri after she just ran off in tears. Lavra paced outside of the door for what seemed like hours trying to find her courage.

She could hear something shuffling in the cabin, so she quickly hid in some nearby bushes. Lavra didn't want to see anyone, not after reaffirming how alone she was.

The door opened to Terri and... Claudine?! What the hell were they doing together? They started walking to the woods.

Lavra couldn't contain her curiosity, so she followed the two at a distance. She couldn't hear anything they were saying because she was so far away. She knew she had no business following, but she still wanted to know what happened to get these two to take a night stroll.

Their footsteps finally stopped... at the same lake that she got so lost getting to.

Well, this is just splendid. I got Akamiko to take me back when Terri knew exactly where to go. Lavra berated herself.

Lavra then realized that Jolteon was right next to her.

'What are you doing, friend? Best Friend was worried about you!'

"I couldn't face Terri at all. I pushed myself onto her and didn't know how to apologize."

'You want to apologize to Best Friend for that? Friend, you're a good person!'

Lavra looked straight into Jolteon's face.

"I'm not. I'm really not a good person. You saw how I made Terri feel! I'm really...." Lavra started tearing up.

Jolteon put her paw onto Lavra's foot.

'Friend is good. I'm going back to Best Friend now.'

Jolteon bolted back to Terri's side before Lavra could say, "Don't tell them about me following them!"

Lavra sighed as she knew this would cause a greater rift in their relationship, and further didn't know how to apologize.

She almost headed back until she saw a sight that made her feel like all her worries were gone.
