Antonio entered Molly's, where he had arranged to meet a friend whom he believed would offer him assistance. He was aware that his friend possessed extensive knowledge of various states due to her frequent travels for skating contests.

As the Detective approached the table, his sister called out upon spotting him: 'Hey Antonio.' She, accompanied by Casey and Kelly, walked over to him. Antonio responded with a greeting but failed to convey genuine happiness.

Kelly, displaying curiosity, inquired if they had apprehended the suspect yet. Antonio realized that none of them were aware of the events that had occurred the previous night. He replied, 'No, not yet. However, the situation has become considerably more challenging.'

Gabby exchanged a glance with Casey and Kelly, prompting Kelly to ask, 'What do you mean? I thought you had everything under control.' Antonio felt unable to face the man, as he knew the deep connection Erin had with him.

Gabby inquired about her brother Antonio's well-being upon observing a certain expression in his eyes. Antonio, the elder Dawson, took a moment to compose himself before sharing, 'We had the situation under control. The suspect willingly came in for a conversation.'

Antonio proceeded to elaborate on how Erin, accompanied by a Special Victim Unit member from New York, engaged in a conversation with the suspect. Upon its conclusion, Yates requested Erin's presence at the park for a private discussion.'

Kelly attentively regarded Antonio as he sought more details, prompting Antonio to release a sigh.

'She went to talk to him, and we were waiting for her to get Yates to confess to what he had done. However, he began speaking in puzzles.' Antonio's gaze shifted downward as he admitted, 'But things took a turn for the worse.' Gabby, Kelly, and Casey exchanged concerned glances.

Kelly anxiously asked, 'What do you mean? Did something happen to Erin?' His hand clenched at his side.

Antonio recounted, with a tone of dismay, "Yates managed to abduct Erin right in front of us, despite Ruzek and I being in close proximity. Unfortunately, we were unable to apprehend them in time, and Yates resorted to stabbing Erin in order to coerce her into accompanying him. I observed the shock on the faces of the three of them."

Kelly, his voice growing louder, interrogated Antonio, "So you're saying that you allowed Yates to take Erin?" This caught the attention of the individuals at station 51. Hermann approached the group and inquired, "What's going on?"

Antonio, his hand tightly clenched, denied Kelly's accusation, "That is not true! We were unaware of Yates' intentions and had no knowledge of his actions until it was too late."

Hermann ordered both men to relax, pushing them apart with the assistance of Casey. 'Kelly, please remain calm,' the lieutenant of truck 81 commanded. 'I understand your concern about Yates potentially harming Erin, but we must remain composed. "

"It would be distressing to discover her lifeless body in a fire.' Kelly attempted to soothe himself with these words.

Antonio observed as Gabby gently placed her hand on Kelly's shoulder. 'Rest assured, that scenario will not unfold,' she assured him. 'Antonio and the others will locate her in time. I have complete faith in my brother, and you should too,' Gabby encouraged.

'Hear me out, Erin is a resilient woman. Should she find herself in this predicament, I am confident she would find a way out,' Hermann chimed in, looking towards Antonio and Kelly. 'We will provide our utmost assistance. Erin has aided us on numerous occasions, so it is only fitting that we reciprocate the favor.'

Antonio acknowledged Hermann's words with a nod, choosing not to divulge the information that Yates may have taken Erin away from Chicago. 'I appreciate your support,' he expressed gratefully.

Antonio reassured Kelly, "We are exerting all our efforts to locate Erin. Rest assured that we are doing everything within our capabilities." Kelly expressed his frustration, "It is incredibly unfortunate. I wish I could have been present to provide assistance." Antonio consoled him,

"I understand your sentiments, but please trust that we are actively working on the situation. I promise to keep you updated if any developments arise." Antonio left Molly's, feeling disheartened when his CI texted him about her unavailability until later.

Upon entering the car, Antonio was informed via the radio about the news regarding Erin's abduction. Realizing that this was the key to locating her, he anticipated facing questions from Kelly once it became apparent that Erin was not in Chicago. Nevertheless, he made the decision to drive away from the curb.

Gradually awakening to the sounds coming from the living room, she extended her hand to brush a strand of hair away from her face and tensed up upon noticing that her wrists weren't handcuffed to the bed.

The brunette proceeded to sit up slowly on the bed, wincing at the pain shooting up her legs, then taking a deep breath before standing up and pulling on her jeans before leaving the room.

"Are you awake, Detective Lindsay?" Yates inquired as Erin entered the living room to find him seated on the couch watching TV. Despite Yates' question, the brunette paid him no attention, her hazel eyes fixated on the television screen.

Erin's throat tightened as she caught sight of her photo on the screen and listened to the news reporter announce, "Last night, Detective Erin Lindsay was kidnapped by a man claiming to be a doctor," while displaying a photo of Yates.

"Little is known about the location where he took the young detective, but the Chicago PD and the Intelligence suspect that Yates is removing her from Chicago," the reporter responded. "If anyone sees this vehicle, please contact the police department immediately," the woman added before Yates turned off the TV.

Erin couldn't help but feel relieved knowing that Voight and the rest of the team were making efforts to find her, despite her discomfort with being in the news.

"They will search tirelessly for us," Yates remarked as he rose from the couch and approached the brunette standing by the door frame. "We should depart, Detective, as we will soon arrive in New York," Yates announced, causing Erin's eyes to widen.

She was uncertain about revealing their destination, but she chose not to voice her concerns to Yates. Once they reached New York, Erin saw an opportunity to escape and find her way to the Special Victims Unit for assistance; she was confident that Amenda Rollins would aid her.

Yates uttered solemnly as he observed Erin with a smile, "You require a makeover, albeit a minor one." Approaching her and trapping her against the wall, he attempted to caress her cheek, prompting Erin to turn her head, resulting in a forceful slap across her face. "You must not avert your gaze from me, Detective," he whispered into her ear.

Feeling the stinging sensation on her cheek, the brunette winced as Yates forcefully guided her back to the bedroom. "Proceed to take a shower, and I shall prepare the appropriate attire for you," he instructed, pushing her into the bathroom.

As Erin clutched the sink to prevent herself from falling onto the tiled floor, she winced from the discomfort caused by her stitches.

"You have ten minutes to freshen up," Yates declared while closing the door, adding, "Failure to adhere to the time limit will result in punishment." He issued the warning before walking away.

Taking a deep breath, the detective began to disrobe, feeling a bit lightheaded from the fading effects of the drugs. Her legs ached, and her stomach was uncomfortable.

With a sigh, Erin removed her shirt, wincing as she unclasped her bra and surveyed the injury on her stomach. Despite her rumbling stomach, she gingerly touched the swollen area where she had been stabbed, quickly shedding her pants to step into the shower.

As she showered, Erin contemplated her escape plan for when they arrived in New York, bracing herself as the water cascaded over her weary body.

Lost in thought, her mind drifted to Antonio, causing a blush to tint her cheeks before she pushed the thought aside. "I know Antonio, Voight, and the others are searching for me," she murmured.
