Erin awoke feeling unwell, gently moving Antonio's arm from her waist to quickly make her way to the bathroom. The brunette held her hand over her mouth until she reached the toilet and became sick.

She remained hunched over the toilet until she finished, then stood up to wipe her mouth with the back of her hand, expressing her discomfort with a groan.

Erin proceeded to wash her mouth at the sink to remove the taste, picking up her toothbrush only to drop it as she rushed back to the toilet to vomit once more.

Despite hearing footsteps approaching, she did not respond due to her condition. Antonio, with a tired voice, inquired about her well-being and compassionately helped her by holding her hair back while she was sick.

Antonio had woken up when Erin left the bed and felt concerned upon hearing her become ill. "I'm alright," Erin reassured him between breaths as she got up from the floor once more.

Antonio expressed his concern, stating, 'Are you certain that you just fell ill?' while assisting Erin back to the bedroom.

Erin responded, 'Yes, if only my stomach would stop churning.' She grimaced due to the pain in her stomach. Despite knowing she should be preparing for work, Erin found it difficult as she felt unwell.

She closed her hazel eyes as her lover gently rubbed her back. Antonio suggested calling Voight to inform him of their absence, but Erin objected, insisting that she couldn't afford to miss any more work after being out for an extended period.

Although Antonio believed Voight would be understanding, Erin was resolute in her decision. Ignoring Antonio's concerned expression, Erin whispered that she would manage, and proceeded to get dressed. Antonio, respecting her decision, began to dress himself as well.

Upon getting dressed, the couple left the apartment. Erin put on her red leather jacket, but as she did, her phone rang, revealing an unknown number when she checked it. Erin was startled by the text message that said, 'Hello, little detective, miss me?' causing her hand to tremble.

The following message said, 'I hope you do, because I miss you.' As messages continued to come in, implying a threatening tone towards Erin, she paused and eventually sat in the passenger seat with her eyes closed.

Antonio, at the wheel, noticed her distress and inquired, 'Are you alright, Erin?' Puzzled by the constant notifications on her phone, he wondered about the sender's identity.

'Yes, I believe it's Voight inquiring about our whereabouts,' Erin stated, feeling a sense of unease as the unknown number continued to send her messages. This time, the messages included photos of her as well as a video with Antonio at the cinema.

'Tony, please come to the district immediately,' Erin told her partner, realizing she shouldn't keep these messages to herself.

'Is everything alright?' Antonio inquired, increasing his pace. 'I believe Yates is contacting me,' Erin disclosed, showing Antonio the messages briefly.

'Are you certain?' Antonio questioned as they arrived at the district. 'Yes, it's unusual for someone to address me as Detective in this manner,' Erin assured. Once parked, Erin exited the vehicle.

'I am worried because he suggested he would apprehend me soon,' she expressed, hurrying inside with Antonio closely following.

Antonio accompanied Erin to the bullpen and promptly led her to Voight's office. 'We need your assistance with this,' he asserted, shutting the door behind them and capturing Voight's and Al's attention seated across from him.

Voight inquired with concern evident in his voice as Erin and Antonio entered his office with alarmed expressions. 'Yates is messaging me,' Erin disclosed, placing her phone on the table for the men to see.

Voight, reading the messages on his foster daughter's phone, asked, 'When did this start?' as he browsed through the unsettling content, becoming visibly upset at the sight of pictures of Erin and a video involving her and Antonio in a compromising situation.

'Since we left my apartment,' Erin replied, her voice strained. 'What is our course of action? This could be the opportunity to capture him and Mark,' she suggested, aware that utilizing herself as bait could lead to apprehending the perpetrators.

Antonio, Al, and Voight exchanged disapproving glances. 'While it may present that opportunity, you will not be utilized as bait,' Voight reassured Erin, seemingly anticipating her concerns. 'However, if it could expedite their capture, I am inclined to agree,' Erin countered.

"Erin, we nearly lost you the last time Yates targeted you," Antonio stated, positioning himself next to Voight. "Let us try to find a solution." Erin clenched her fists, preparing to respond, but suddenly had to leave the office due to feeling unwell.

As she vomited into the toilet, she felt someone holding her hair back. "Are you alright, Erin?" Nadia's voice inquired from behind. Following Erin into the bathroom, the younger woman observed her friend flee the office.

"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you, Nadia," Erin expressed, rising with Nadia's assistance. With a concerned gaze, Nadia observed her mentor, noting Erin's pale complexion. "Are you certain you're well? You appear somewhat pale," she remarked, placing her hand on the brunette's forehead.

The brunette didn't know that with the mom she had she didn't think so, she was scared about becoming a mother she knew Antonio would be thrilled and he would be experienced because he had two kids already.

Erin walked over to Antonio and Voight who was talking to the team about the messages and telling them to start getting leads to where Yates would be showing up.

Antonio looked over to see Erin walking over to him" You okay?" He asked he was worried when she rushed out of the office" Yeah, but when we're done here I think we need to stop at med." Erin whispered.

Erin blinked as Nadia felt her head and remarked, 'You're not burning up.' The older woman nodded thoughtfully, her hazel eyes furrowed until a realization struck her.

She recalled the times when Antonio and she had engaged in unprotected intercourse. 'Oh no,' Erin exclaimed, startling Nadia, who looked at her with concern. 'Erin?' she inquired, puzzled.

'I think I might be pregnant,' Erin confessed before rushing to the toilet to vomit. Nadia, now holding Erin's hair, asked, 'Are you sure?' Observing her friend's sickness, Nadia couldn't help but feel a sense of joy. 'I think so, the way I'm feeling nauseous is a sign,' Erin explained.

After finishing her bout of sickness, Erin washed her hands and exited the bathroom, accompanied by Nadia, who patted her shoulder reassuringly.

'Whatever happens, I believe everything will turn out fine; you will be a wonderful mother,' Nadia said to make Erin smile.

The second-in-command looked at her with concern, but then relaxed when she whispered, 'I might be pregnant,' causing him to smile. However, he remained silent and whispered, 'We'll go after this, okay,' to which Erin nodded before sitting at her desk.

She noticed a smiling Nadia and gestured thumbs up, prompting Voight to say, 'Alright, everyone, get to work.' As Erin began to follow up on leads, she realized she hadn't retrieved her phone as Antonio had given it to Mouse to track the number Yates was using.

Nadia approached Erin's desk and suggested, 'Would you like to grab a bite to eat? I believe a girls' day out would be nice.' Agreeing, Erin stood up, grabbed her coat, and said, 'It's lunchtime, so count me in,' glancing over at Antonio still focused on finding leads.

'Hey babe, I'm heading out for lunch with Nadia,' she informed Antonio as she put on her coat. 'Okay, be careful. That goes for both of you, Nadia,' Antonio said, taking a moment from his computer work to kiss Erin.

Erin inquired with a smile if there was anything that Antonio wanted her to bring back for him. Antonio replied, "Bring me whatever," as he kissed her once more. After saying goodbye to Antonio, Erin accompanied Nadia out of the bullpen and to the car as they made their way towards downtown.
