Chapter 17 \\ room of requirement

Ginny landed and she immediately regretted it. Sirens went off around hogsmade and she saw dementors being let loose.

"This way." She turned around and saw barkeeper for the hogs head. Be led her onto his pub and she followed him upstairs. "Your a Hogwarts student?"

"Sorta, I left to help in the war. Look, I need a way into Hogwarts. The only way to end you know who is inside that castle."

He looked at her like she's was insane before nodding to a portrait of a beautiful girl. She walked off, disappearing from the painting.

"Your to young to be fighting. And even if you were part of the order you shouldn't fight anyway. This is a loosing battle. If you stay out of his way you might just live."

"But what about the people who don't get that option? The muiggles? Muggle-borns? Half bloods? What about them? People need to stop thinking of themselves and start thinking 'if I live, how many I will die?' One life is not worth the entire world. Thats why we fight."

There was clapping behind her and she turned to see Neville in a tunnel behind the portrait. "I'm glad someone said it. Now c'mon, we can't stay for to long."

She followed him through the tunnel. "Weres this lead to?"

"Room of requirement. That's were we've all been staying."

"We?"

"Dumbeldore's army. Anyone who doesn't want to be the monster their trying to make us. The carrows I mean. Their teaching."

"Oh. Damn.things are bad aren't they?"

"Yea, but we manage. Where's harry, Ron and Hermione? And jasmine?"

"Jasmine is with bill and Fleur, she's safe. As for the others, they basically kicked me out of our little trip through hell after Bellatrix tortured me. At least, I assume it was her as Narcissa didn't look like she had the guts to and Draco was sick just looking at me. Lucius was just as dumb as ever and I'm 99% sure that you know who would end himself if he saw me again."

"Whys that?" She noticed his hands fisted when she mentioned Bellatrix.

"So I regained consciousness and he shows up and I said that he needed a toothbrush cuz I could smell his lunch. It was awesome, he even admitted that the whole rasp in his voice wasn't real he just thought it completed the look and said it hurt his throat a lot."

"And your still alive?"

"What can I say, I'm special."

He laughed and opened up a door at the end of the tunnel. "I have a surprise for you!". He yelled to the room. Seamus said something about Aberforth's cooking and Ginny stepped out.

"Nope. Better." She did a little twirl "me."

The room all grinned and Luna jumped at her, pulling her into a hug.

"Ginny! What you doing here?" Dean asked after Luna pulled away

"Actually, we found out how to end the war. Are people patrolling the corridors?"

"At this time? No way. They may be evile but they stop patrolling at midnight." Cho Chang spoke up.

"Perfect. Do you think its save for everyone to leave the room for five minutes?"

"Why would we do that?" A Hufflepuff asked.

"Because an object that has you know who's soul is in the the room of lost things and that will only show up if everyone leaves."

There was muttering and slowly, and cautiously, everyone left. Ginny closed her eyes and when she opened them the room was full of junk.

She wandered around and saw a pile with a number of things stacked cautiously on it. At the very top was a tiara. She grabbed it and immediately felt the anger radiating from it.

She ran put of the room and looked around at everyone. "All good. You guys go back in. I have to head to the chamber of secrets."

She was just going to walk away when Neville called her. "I'm coming with you."

"What no. You have to-"

"Luna is there, shell watch everyone. I've got a feeling you'll need help."

She frowned and nodded. Moving swiftly they reached the girls bathroom.

"Mertal?"

The coast flew out of a stall. "What do you want?"

"I need to make sure no one comes in here. It very important. Please?"

"What's in it for me?"

" when the war is over I'll... Clean your toilet."

She nodded happily and Ginny walked over to the sink. She heard Neville behind her, "step back. The sink will open up that way." She heard him back up and put all her focus into first year. Slowly, she let out a hiss. The sink slid out right where she said it would she took a breath in before eshe and Neville slid down.
