The space beside me began to vibrate next to me. A light rage filled me. The one time i really wanted no one to call me they did. I was reluctant to pick up the phone ; by the 4th ring i had answered it after debating the pros and cons of picking up.

"What's wrong Ruby" my voice was callous as the last thing i wanted to do mid wank was face time Ruby but the fear of something being wrong ate at me.

"geez... bad time?" He asked with no hostility in his speech just a slight sler to his words.

"It's fine, just be quick"

"It's like 1 am...the fuck you doing girl... wait, are you with a guy?" As he came to the incorrect realisation that i was with someone he became increasingly more angry at me.

"What! No... ugh... just tell me whats wrong"

"Nothing wrong, just wanted you to say hi to everyone..." he held out his phone showing me Scrim,Germ, Eric, Kev and possibly Coco but I didn't get a good look as he had returned his phone to his face. " WAIT... are you..." he stuck up his middle and index finger, recreating the image of fingering.

"Ew Ruby stop"

"Shut up... that's what it is... I'm coming round now, don't finish without me."

"Ari you are not coming round, stay at whatever it is you're doing" i had now returned to my chilled state. I tried to look further behind him to see what was going on behind him.

"Show me then baby..." his voice was sexy, it lay a mist of sexual impulsivity over me. " I'll go to  the bathroom and..." he made a jerking off motion.

I did genuinely consider doing what he asked. I hesitated, "no... maybe another time, but for now please stop with the hands, it's grossing me out so bad" a light giggle came from me.

"Wait Rubes are you drunk?" I asked curiously.

"Yes...and you're high" he pointed his finger at me, waving it in front of the camera.

"How did you know?"

"Your eyes" he winked

"Okay baby...goodnight i hope you finish well" he pouted his lips out and taped the phone against them, i did the same.

I felt extremely satisfied by the time i put my head on my pillow to sleep. I had some enjoyable time by myself and had a random, funny phone call with Ruby.

A 10 hour day was not what I wanted to do ever but especially today. I felt groggy and looked it, as one of my lovely customers pointed out. Ava wasn't even working with me today so I was left with no one to talk to but the Chris, who was always busy but when he got a chance to flirt with me he'd take it.

During my brake, I headed to the gas station across the street. I picked up a peach monster some chips and a pack of smokes. The guy at the counter looked me up and down, giving me a disappointed look before reaching out his hand for my ID.

The mid 40s fat guy started to speak to me with disdain "You know a pretty girl like you shouldn't smoke... the guys with run from you"

"I think I'm alright... I actually hooked up with 4 guys this week" i gave him my money and turned away from his shocked face then left this shit show of a shop.
