For the past few months Aubrey hadn't been feeling good. Shes been throwing up more and feverish, but also sleeping more. Nothing ever broke so she decided that she needed to see her Doctor. She yelled down the stairs to her husband that was in the kitchen.
Aubrey Hey are you going to my doctor's appointment with me.
Dick I planned on it whats it for?
Aubrey To figure out what is wrong with me.
Dick Yeah. Im going
Aubrey Okay can we take the car today. Im not really feeling up for a bike ride.
Dick Thats fine love.
Aubrey walked down the stairs into the kitchen. Dick looked at her.
Dick You are absolutely beautiful.
Aubrey That's funny because I feel like dog shit.
Dick No matter what you're always beautiful.
Aubrey Thanks love hopefully they will be able to figure out whats wrong with me.
Dick Yeah I hope so too. Are you ready to go?
Aubrey Yeah.
They walk out of the house and to the garage getting into the car. They make their way to GGH. (Gotham General Hospital) Aubrey and Dick walked up to the front desk and checked in. When she was done with that they sat in the waiting room. Not even 10 minutes and she was called on by her Doctors nurse then they walked back to a check up room. When they got into the room the Nurse did all of the Nurse things, blood pressure, heart rate monitoring, etc.
Nurse So today we are going to run some tests on your blood and urine just so we can really pinpoint the problem.
Aubrey Okay
The nurse gave Aubrey and little cup to pee in then pointed her in the direction of the nearest bathroom. When she got done with that she put in the metal thing in the wall. Like the Nurse told her. When Aubrey got back to the room someone was there to take her blood.
Nurse Okay so it's going to be about 15 minutes then your doctor will be in to give you the results.
Aubrey Okay thank you.
The Nurse walked out of the room.Then Dick grabs Aubrey's hand.
Aubrey Im so nervous.
Dick Don't be everything is going to be okay.
Aubrey I hope so.
Dick stood up and walked over to his nervous wife, and wrapped her in a warm hug. They were like that till the Doctor walked in.
Doctor Hello Aubrey it's nice to see you again. Who is this gentleman with you today?
Aubrey This is my husband Richard Grayson.
Doctor Like son of Bruce Wayne?
Aubrey Yes ma'am
Doctor How exciting. So I have some good news for you. We ran those tests and nothing came up abnormal your just Pregnant.
Dick and Aubrey's eyes got wide
Aubrey Come again?
Doctor You are 2 months pregnant Congratulations.
Aubrey looked at Dick in happiness but also shock because she was not expecting that now. Dick was so happy he could jump over the moon if he could. He wrapped Aubrey in a tighter hug and kissed her. The Doctor walked them out of the room and to the front hospital door. Dick and Aubrey walked to their car and got in.
Dick How are you feeling?
Aubrey Im happy but Im still in shock, and kind of hungry
Dick Well when you have fun time as much as we do it was bound to happen. What do you want to eat?
Aubrey I know I know. I want tacos but from the good Mexican restaurant.
Dick Okay we can stop by and get some food.
Aubrey Dick, Im going to have to retire.
Dick Yeah but I will to.
Aubrey No you love kicking bad guy ass.
Dick Yeah but I love you more.
Aubrey Aww you're cute kid. How about we talk about it when it gets closer to actually having our baby we have 7 months.
Dick Okay love. Oh I forgot to mention Bruce is inviting all on the leaguers over tonight for dinner and he wants us to come do you wanna go. It's a no mask event.
Aubrey Yeah thats fine.But I don't want to tell anyone yet it's still early.But we do need to tell Bruce.
Dick That's okay with me.
The two got out of the car after they parked and walked into the Mexican restaurant. Aubrey got street tacos and Dick got some type of burrito. They ate their food and then went home to get ready for dinner at Bruce's mansion.

The two walked out of the house and to the car.When they were driving to the Mansion Dick grabbed Aubrey's hand and brought it up to his lips.
