Chapter 8
Ok if I understood you correctly, you guys want a faster paced story line. Which I get it, these chapter kind of have been boring you guys want to see some real Harry and evie relationship action!! Hopefully this is what you guys are looking for :) comment, vote, and fan. Sorry for the wait, but guys I literally have the worst luck. I spilt soda all over my computer, and it wouldn't work. Then we fixed it, but then i spilt water on it. LIke come on!! Right? Then I broke my charger. But then I went to an Emblem 3 concert so life was good. (No hate, just because they said some stupid things about boy bands doesn't mean they are horrible people. People make mistakes! Remember that for the future!) Love Shannon
We had gone to every bar in town only to find Harry passed out in my apartment. Katie had called us when she came home and saw him sleeping like baby. A very booze like smelling baby. I sent the boys home, not really wanting them to get into the whole Liam and I thing, I needed to tell Harry, but one problem at a time. I made Harry a cup of coffee and then woke him up by lightly shaking him.
“Harry, wake up.” I whispered and a small smile came to his lips.
“Hmm, ow.” He said as his eyes open but then he shielded his eyes. “Why is it so bright in here?” He slurred.
“Oh but its not, you're just drunk off your ass. Or very possibly hung over, I am not sure really what or when you stopped drinking.” I said he sat up slowly, his eyes squinting and his hair purposely over his eyes trying to block out the very dim light. He took the coffee and drank it slowly. He didn’t look at me.
“Well, that was stupid.” He mumbled.
“What was stupid? Drinking because your an-” I stopped when I noticed he was breathing heavy. He knew what I was going to call him, and he was getting angry. His hands were tightly gripped around the mug. You could tell because his skin went from the red to pale white. I wrapped my hands around his, the coffee cup in the middle. “I’m sorry.” I said and he finally looked up.
“Sorry for making me out to be the cause of your problems?” He said, his mouth pouting. I nodded.
“For everything.” Harry smiled, and went to hug me but immediately regretted it. He grabbed his head.
“Everything is going in cir-” He stopped, put his cup down hastily, and ran to the bathroom. I rolled my eyes, and laughed a little at his own caused misfortune.
“Next time don’t drink!” I said getting up and following him to the bathroom. I patted his back when he was done and got him a toothbrush and whatever else he would need. He decided to take a shower and I didn’t argue with him. I hated the smell of alcohol on him. I closed the door to the bathroom and Katy greeted me, arms crossed.
“Well what are you going to do with him?” She asked and my eyebrows knit for a moment.
“What do you mean, what I am going to do with him?” I questioned.
“He obviously isn’t better, he needs help.” I rolled my eyes.
“Katie everyone gets weak sometimes. Its not his fault. He is fine, he just needs to realize that he can’t do that when it feels like a good choice.”
“What about you? Have you got weak?” I shook my head, no.
“No I have not.” Katie nodded.
“Good, don’t change that.” Katie told me he was going to stay over that boys house. She told me that him and her were really getting close. I made my bed, and fixed the couch that Harry had managed to destroy in his sleep. In my head I kept thinking, what am I going to do? I have to tell him. But this, what just happened, was an exact example of how fragile Harry is. What if he can't it? Not telling him would just be protecting him. I shook my head at my own stupidity. I know, I know, I have to tell him. He threw on a pair of jeans and sat down on the couch. I wanted nothing more than to pull him into a hug, but I resisted.
