Evie's POV
I sat at Elliot's kitchen table , my head being the resting place for my hands. I was trying to get rid of this headache, but it was like trying to move a mountain. "And then I did what?" I mumbled, embarrassed at the event Elliot had listed for me already.
"Then you start to dance, with people." He said, implying that I was really dancing with a specific gender of people. Guys.
"Oh my god, I didn't do anything-"
"No no, I stopped you." He replied protectively. "So Harry, he's coming to London?" He questioned. I nodded, but stopped the movement because it hurt my head.
"Yup, on his way right now actually." I mumbled as I placed my head on his table surrounding it by my arms. The coolness of it felt good and he just laughed. "Be quiet."
"Haven't had too many hangovers I see." Elliot said, a giggling air to his words.
"I don't drink. Plus this is not a hangover, its simply a state of pain caused by stupidity and a tiny bit of alcohol." I replied still in a state of denial that I, Evie the person who was shy and didn't do anything with her life, had a night of partying and let fame get to her head.
"Nope thats a hangover." Elliot said as I felt the table shake slightly when he stood up. He opened his fridge, the noise told me so. Plus the breeze that surprisingly reached me at my current position. "Here, try some gatorade. It might help." He said placing it on the table next to me, and rubbing my back as he passed by. I lifted my head and opened took a sip.
"Its not helping." I whined, my own voice hurting my head more.
"I said it might, plus its not a miracle worker. Give it time, and maybe take more than one sip." I rolled my eyes and drank the whole cup in a minutes time.
"Do you have aspirin?" I questioned. He motioned to his bathroom, down the hall and across from his room. I got up and made my way to it, dragging my feet along the floor as I walked. I saw the medicine cabinet above the sink and assumed they would be in there.
After talking two of them I closed the cabinet door and turned on the sink. I splashed cold water in my face, trying to wake me up. The permanent drowsy feeling annoyed me. I walked out of the bathroom and into the bedroom where I had slept. I saw a sweater on the dresser and took it, pulling it over my head. The removal of the sweater revealed a picture with a light blue frame. I picked it up examine the girl, her arms draped over a smiling Elliot. Her lips were pressed to his cheek and he was blushing slightly. Her light red hair covered Elliot's dark brown hair. There was something so familiar about the ginger hair colored girl, but my mind couldn't quite place her on the time line of my life. "Snoop much?" I spun around, the picture held tightly in my hands at first, but the shock made me loose grip. I swear I didn't mean to drop it but i'm such a clumsy person.
"Oh my god." I said bending down to try to pick up the pieces, Elliot bent down slowly. He took realization of the picture that had dropped. I heard him exhale slightly. "I am so sorry Elliot. I did-"
"Don't even worry about, its nothing." He said quietly. I noticed the glass from the frame had left a scratch on his hand, but he didn't do anything about it. He didn't flinch from the pain.
