*more of a rushed chapterTSC's POV
TSC paced around outside Red's room trying to think of what to say to her. He had messed up badly by calling her a failure and now he wanted to apologize? He knew she was going to be so mad at him and doubted she would want to talk. He drew in the courage anyway and knocked on her door and called to her,
"Red? Can we talk? Without fighting this time."Reds POV
Red heard TSC knock on the door and ask to talk to her, but she ignored him. How did he expect her to want to speak to him? Red sat up and put her tear-stained face on her knees. Another knock on the door.
"Please Red... What I said was wrong."
TSC said from the other side of the door.
"Go away.."
Red grumbled.
"C'mon Red... We need to talk. "
TSC begged her.
Red sighed and raised her head slowly. She rubbed her eyes of being blurry from crying and when her vision was clear she gasped in horror and shock when she realized that the opposite side of the room was being swallowed in black ink-like shadows.
"TSC! HELP!!"
She screamed as the creepy ink-shadows swallowed the room. The bed under her disappeared and she began to fall through the darkness. She closed her eyes and fell fast through it. She wasn't expecting to hit the ground when she did. She opened her eyes and was shocked to see glowing red eyes staring at her all along the walls.
"Welcome Red."
A voice boomed through the darkness,
"Welcome to the room of The Eyes."
"What..."
Red whispered, heart pounding in fear. She stood to her feet.
"Who are you?"
She asked. There was no reply. Instead, a high pitch sound broke the silence of the room.
"What's going on?!"
Red screeched in fear as many screens appeared all around her. Different videos began to play on the screens. Red tried to focus on them but they switched around and glitched to much. A loud rumbling and one of the screens took over the whole room. A video came on and Red gasped. The video replayed the time her dad had abused her. The younger Red on the screen screamed in pain and terror as her dad kicked her and yelled at her. The screen changed and another video played. It went on like this for an hour. Red was forced to rewatch the painful memories she had gone through. The abuse, the loneliness, the betrayal, the death. She broke out sobbing and had a panic attack.
When the hour of torture grew closer to an end, the videos zoomed in and out, all the bad things flashing on the screen, making Reds head spin. Suddenly, the videos stopped. The room turned black again, along with the glowing red eyes.
Red was on the floor, breathing fast. She raised her head slightly before the floor gave away from underneath her again. She closed her eyes again as she fell back to reality.TSC's POV
TSC burst into the room as soon as Red yelled for help. He ran over to the bed where red lay on her side. She wasn't breathing.
TSC panicked and called the others up. Blue checked her pulse.
"... I can't... feel a heartbeat..."
He said, choking on his words.
"You mean... she's...dead?"
Green murmured.
"How?! TSC, what happened?!"
Yellow's voice shook in worry.
"I don't know! I was asking to come in and suddenly she yelled for help. I got in the room and she was out cold! Blue you have to bring her back!"
"I can't!"
"You have to try!"
TSC begged. Blue stared at the wall thinking.
"Ok. Get her downstairs..."Blue continued to give instructions to the Green and Yellow as he tried to revive Red.
TSC was to worried and paced the floor panicking. He blamed himself for Reds sudden death. After an hour of trying to revive Red but failing, Blue angrily walked out of the room, Yellow followed him. TSC walked over to Red's deceased body and sat down next to it.
"I'm sorry. It's probably all my fault..."
He whispered, tears beginning to fall. He looked over at Red and suddenly her eyes flew open.
TSC jumped off the couch in horror and yelled for the others. They immediately ran into the room and gasped.Reds POV
Red opened her eyes, still shaken from the torture, and looked around. TSC stood in front of her but looked terrified. Suddenly, her mom appeared beside TSC.
"Run!" She said, "You need to get away from him before he does anymore damage to you!"
Red immediately obeyed her mom and jumped right off the couch and ran out the door.TSC's POV
TSC was shocked that Red had come back to life. At first he was scared, but then he realized Blue's stuff must have work.
He looked into Reds eyes and realized something was horribly wrong. Red jumped off the couch and ran out the door.
"Red!"
TSC screamed and ran after her. Before the others could follow, Red and TSC had vanished.TSC ran after Red and followed her as she jumped into a portal she had somehow found on the screen. They both fell through it, Red seemed so distraught that she didn't even notice TSC following her. When the portal ended, Red landed swiftly on the grass, but TSC fell into some bushes. TSC struggled to free from the branches and when he had he realized they had fallen to were the Showdown had happened.
Red had gotten up and now stood at the edge of the bank looking down at the water. TSC stood by the forest and watched Red. She lifted her head to the sky and made fists.
"Why is it always me?!" She screamed at the sky,
"Why do I have to pretend I'm always happy when I'm really dying inside?! Why won't my friends ever listen?! They just don't care about me, do they?... "
Red lowered her head again. A moment of silence pasted before she raised her head again and screamed,
"Why was I born into that family?! Why was I even born at all?! It would be better if I had died at birth, instead of my mom! No one should even think about the day I was born! That day should remain in a dark shadow. Clouds should cover it so that everywhere is black. Remove that night completely! Nobody should be happy about that day! Curse that day because it allowed me to be born. It brought me into a life of trouble. I'm so depressed by this life that he has made me walk through, so why does he continue to let me live?"
She had already broken into tears and now she seemed to choke on her sobs. When she had caught her breath she said,
"What do I do now? I'm alone... None of my friends love me and I have no one! Burgundy, if you're gonna kill me, DO IT!! I'm sick of the life you made me walk through! If you want me dead, then I'm right here! I'm waiting!!!"
TSC couldn't bear hearing Red in so much agony and distress. He ran to Red and wrapped her in a hug. She continued sobbing into his shoulder as he hugged her. TSC didn't say anything but hugged her, just wanting her to know that he did care.
When Reds crying slowed TSC let go of her. She wiped her eyes and looked up at him.
"W-what are you doing here?"
She asked quietly.
"I followed you. But that doesn't matter right now, what matters is that you get some rest. You've had enough happen to you already today."
Red drooped her head and TSC took her hand and walked with her over to the old stone building. They walked inside and found it was surprisingly clean and the hole in the wall had been fixed. A table and two chairs sat in the corner, so TSC told Red to sit there while he looked around. He opened a door to another room which was a bedroom.
When he finished looking around, he walked back out and sat down across from Red. She had her head in her hands.
"Do you want to talk about it now, or later?"
TSC asked her kindly.
"Later."
She replied, voice hoarse from her screaming. She looked up at TSC and studied his face.
"But... Why are you being kind to me? I thought you hated me..."
She asked.
"What I said was completely wrong. I was just mad that I hadn't gotten much sleep, but that is definitely no excuse for my actions. You are not a failure, you are my best friend. Please, please forgive me. I know it seems impossible bu-"
"I forgive you."
Red said, tears formed in her eyes,
"I've never had someone apologize for the actions. Of course I forgive you!"
She said, lips quivering as tears fell again.
"Oh Red, don't cry."
TSC got up and hugged Red again.
After a moment Red pushed him away jokingly.
"You're such a goofball."
She smiled. TSC smiled back and the two smiled at each other in silence for minute.
"Thank you."
Red whispered.
"For what?"
"For everything." She let out a sigh, "I think I'm going to take a nap."
"Alright. I'll be out here."
TSC said to Red. Red smiled at him one more time and then walked into the bedroom and fell asleep, not bothered by anything as she slept. From Author:
