"Come on! Why are you so angry?" Dazai walked slowly towards him as if forgetting he was still holding Chuuya. The man quickly ran to grab him before he dropped to the ground.

"Hey! Mage, please calm down!" He wasn't sure on what to do, he knew he wouldn't be able to calm the mage down but he wasn't able to help in healing Chuuya either, he felt useless in this situation.

"Well I'm sorry I messed up your experiment! Though for you they're practically insects from what I've heard!" Dazai glared at the man who smiled at being able to make him like this.

"You can just get a new one! Look around a bit and snatch it right up!" He was terrified, how was this man able to smile when a horrible creature looked at him like he was worth killing in every dimension when meeting.

Dazai ignored the man's talking and instead went to the chimera that stood behind him and attacked it. "Hey! That was pretty rude, I was still talking!"

He watched as the creatures fought each other, but it mostly looked like Dazai was beating the shIt out of the creature instead of fighting it.

"Please wake up, you!" He was panicking on what to do with the persons body that lay on him. It reminded his of his sister, "Kyouka.." he held Chuuya tightly toward him as if trying to transfer something to him.

Chuuya felt himself lying on grass, but he didn't feel like curling up in pain. He opened his eyes and quickly got up, his breath unsteady as he's catching his breath.

"Where am I?" He looked around to see trees behind him and a small river surrounding a church blocking him from passing towards it. The Sun seemed to be setting, making the water look beautiful in the orange and purple light.

He stood up as he noticed to figures sitting not to far from him. "Don't tell me they made fun of you again, Kyouka?" Chuuya recognized the one talking, it was the tiger. And the one beside him, his sister, had navy blue hair wearing a traditional red kimono.

"This is the appearance I was given, it's not my fault mother likes traditional clothing."

"I'll be with you no matter what you look like or wear!" Chuuya found it sweet how the tiger did his best to reassure his sister.

"Oh I know!" He ran towards the bushes near them.

"Byakko?"

He popped his head out holding a dead looking rabbit in his mouth. Kyouka was a bit stunned by his sudden actions but couldn't help but let out a laugh. "That's sweet of you, thank you Byakko."

Chuuya couldn't help but let out a small laugh at watching the two interact, but it vanished immediately by the sound of what sounded like an explosion. The scene disappeared and everything turned to a gradient yellow and only the tree he stood by was there. He heard Byakko call out for Kyouka and people running talking about a carriage hitting a girl. Little boys taking about it not being g their fault, then being the ones that made her run to the street. It didn't take a genius to realize what had happened.

The scene changed once again to a casket getting brought into a carriage. He heard Byakko call out for Kyouka saying how she was sleeping and for her to come back and not leave him. Chuuya knew he was watching part of Byakko's life, but he did t know why.

He saw how he sat in front of her grave, asking his father who tried to drag him away to let him stay with her for she will be sad if she wakes up alone, even if he was t able to hear a word he said.

"I'll wait! For as long as it takes." He watched the cat drifted to sleep, not knowing if it was a small one or for a lifetime.

He opened his eyes not knowing they were closed to the first thing to be seen was the one whom he just watched the life of. He reached out to wipe the tears that were on the verge to fall.
