Chapter 20:-

You haven't slept for three days, you cried every night for Lily. You were too scared and worried for her. While Vick put few efforts to find Lily and you desperately prayed to God for her safety.

You had dark circles under your eyes and you recently received slaps and punches from Vick because he was the one that most frustrated and annoyed. While you were sad, scared and worried about Lily.

"Is the breakfast ready yet?" Vick asked, his voice gone weak since the day he got the news about Lily.

"Yeah" you answered, your voice weak as well.

Vick sighed, as if anger was boiling in him, but from all of this depression and pain, you didn't care about the physical pain.

You felt yourself turned around forcefully and a slap hit your face.

"Why isn't the breakfast ready?!" he yelled.

"Its almost done Vick" you said plainly, as if the slap you felt was just a gentle touch.

"Damn you!" he yelled, pushing you to the counter.

But you just blankly looked into his brown eyes. You felt a punch over your stomach and you fell on your knees, coughing. Vick kicked you twice and you were on the floor. He hovered over you and gave three more punches over your face, causing your lip to bleed and your jaw to swell.

"Please ...stop it" you cried, now feeling the pain.

"You're no one to tell me what to do bitch!" he punched on your stomach again, causing your vision to go blur and soon fainted.

Your eyes fluttered open, and found yourself on the kitchen floor. You looked around but there was no one. Vick had already left the house.

You slowly sat up, aware of the severe pain over your body.

"Are you hurt mommy?" Lily's voice said. You looked up and saw Lily in front of your very own eyes.

"You..." you whispered "YOU'RE NOT REAL! GO AWAY! STAY AWAY FROM ME!" you yelled, getting to the corner of the kitchen. You curled up into a ball and covered your ears from preventing Lily's voice and closed your eyes.

You slowly looked back up, after few minutes and there was no one. You stood up and ran into your room and locked the door. You went under your blanket and curled up.

"Its okay, its okay, its okay, its okay" you kept whispering to yourself.

"Mommy" Lily's voice called you as you felt a hand touch your shoulder. You screamed on top of your lungs and ran out of your comforter and ran to the door of your room, leaning your back against it, breathing fast and heavily with sweat sliding your skin.

"GO AWAY!" you yelled.

You felt darkness rising in you and your body fell limp on the ground, while your vision started getting darker.

Oh God... Please help me

That was your last thought before you completely got unconscious.
