I called her so many times but she didn't respond at all. Something felt off today. Really off!
I leaned my head over my palms and exhaled loudly.
"Hi shorty!" Hanji yelled irritably excited.
"What do you want shitty glasses?" I groaned.
"Oh nothing really, Erwin wants to discuss about (Y/n)'s parents" she said.
"Did they find them?" I asked.
"No, not yet but Erwin's gonna discuss more. He's on his way"
But as soon as she finished her sentence Erwin walked in.
Talk about devil...
Erwin and Hanji took their seats across my bed while I was already perched on my bed.
"We found nothing about (Y/n)'s parents" Erwin said in pure despair.
I sighed.
As expected
"I'm sorry, Levi" he said.
I lowered my head and stared down at my feet, pain and grief rising in.
"We searched everywhere, we even hired S.W.A.T team to search but they found nothing, those people are really expert in hiding, aren't they?"
Once a sigh erupted from my mouth. I looked at Erwin in blank expression as ever. "So what now?"
"I'm clueless."
"I don't know what to do anymore?" I said. "Leave me alone for a while"
"Fine. But if something comes in my mind, i'll tell you" he said walking out the door of my hotel room with Hanji following behind him.
I closed my door and laid limp over my bed. Despair and pain, making my heart feel so heavy. I love her so much. I can't wait to see Lily. But with no clue, how am I going to find them.
What should I do?
I re-played everything that happened between me and her. Her soft lips that I want to keep kissing her. Her face that I haven't seen for four years,will it be all bruised or will it be more prettier?
Tears welled up but I blinked them away, because I have to stay strong, for her sake and Lily's sake.
I picked my phone up and dialed her number and called her.
"Sorry, the costumer you're calling is not responding, please try again later"
"Fuck! This is the 50th time I heard this" I mumbled, cursing.
I threew my mobile somewhere in this room and face-palmed.
Where are you (Y/n)?
I have come this far just to save her yet I'm sitting in this fucking hotel, useless.
