AUTHOR'S POV;

Time Skips...

The sky is painted in hues of pink and orange as the sun sets behind the horizon. The air is cool and light, and there is a gentle breeze blowing, rustling through the leaves and creating a soothing sound.. While Teju was in her room busy selecting the top to wear with jeans,for the dinner at Neeti dii's house, though she tried to escape it, making some excuses but nothing worked and hence, here is she selecting what to wear..

After a while,finally reaching the conclusion of what top she is gonna wear, she got ready in five minutes and then she decided to take a chocolate bouquet with her to Neeti dii's house and hence taking car keys, she went to get one..

Finally,getting a perfect bouquet that too according her taste in both decor and chocolates,she reached her building.. While going inside, she collided with a person and thankfully the collision wasn't that hard that any of things of either of two person fell and hence, muttering a sorry, teju went forward without giving that person a look..

While the other one was like,atleast she could have gave me a look but then shrugging it off, he too went forward and got into lift with our girl,Teju.. Knowing that this is chiche, I can't help, both of them, at the same time, put their hands forward to press the lift button for their floor and in that chaos, their hands got brushed and this time, muttering a sorry, teju looked towards the person, only to get a biggest shock..

Looking towards the person, she found the human, ahe expects least to meet or I say she expecta never to meet, but what can she do when the destiny (aka your author) is hell bent on making them meet.. While the person,ending the all known suspense, Karan smirked nd said,

Yeh sorry words pyaar ho gaya hai kya?? Nahi Matlab jab se India se aayi ho yaha, sorry hi bole jaa rhi ho especially mujhe..

Excuse me!! Said Teju,sounding a bit offended and waiting for the floor to arrive, so that she can get rid if this person..

You r excused.. Said Karan,intentionally irritating her..

This time rather than replying him, she chose to be silent.. Soon,they heard ding dong sound of lift, indicating that the floor has arrived.. While Teju, thanked her stars in her mind, Karan was a bit sad thinking, again she will run away from him, but he was quite confused too like his dii talked that a girl is gonna come for a dinner and she is really pretty, have a good personality and sweet nature.. She told her name as Teju.. Though he was praying that girl to be his Teju, but he knows that it's good to expect less as he didn't knew where she lives in Chicago..

While being in his thoughts,he reached the door and rang the bell being oblivious of teju too following him with a wide eyed expression, praying that he should not be going to the same flat as hers but..

Karan was still now, so oblivious of the surroundings and being in his thoughts that he didn't noticed Teju until, Neeti dii, who opened the door spoke,

Areyy, tum dono saath hi aa gaye, acha hua.. Chalo, ab andar aa jao..

And here you go.. Karan finally noticed that,both have came to the same place.. And his face got adorned with a big smile while Teju was still busy absorbing the things taking place in her life from yesterday that she didn't expected at all..

Neeti Dii was busy talking with teju while Karan was busy adoring Teju with his eyes.. He was looking at her with so much of love and all this time a smile lacing his face.. Dii didn't observed this a much but jiju, who came out a while ago with Mia,was observing Karan keenly and simultaneously being engrossed in the conversation too.. All this while, the thing he noticed was,Karan was busy in teju while teju was busy ignoring karan..

Now even Karan got a bit engrossed in the conversation when Jiju spoke something,startling both Karan and Teju,

Waise sunny aur teju, tum toh jante honge na ek dusre ko??

Na.. / Haa.. Replied Teju and Karan, at the same time,that too immediately.. While,both dii and jiju gave a confused expression and Mia was being oblivious of her surrounding, busy in playing and eating the chocolates from the bouquet..

Areyy,tum dono ka school same tha na.. I remember, teju tune apni 10 to 12,St.Convo se kara hai na?? Asked Neeti Dii..

Haan Dii... Actually mai waha 9th se thi.. Replied Teju..

Fir toh tum dono ek dusre ko pakka jante honge.. As sunny bhi ussi school mai tha.. Said Samar Jiju..

Lekin jiju ek class mai hona aur ek dusre ko jaan na alag baat hai.. Although same class mai the,but i don't think so hum friends the.. Right Karan?? Said Teju,her tone was making it clear to Karan to just oblige with her without any blunder further...

And Karan being most obedient just nodded his head in yes while Dii and Jiju too let go of the topic.. After a while, they all had dinner and now, Mia was playing with Teju,basically she was saying something in her cute voice and Teju too was reciprocating her talks making gibberish voice..

All this while,Karan's eyes were focused on Teju, adoring her with utmost love but Jiju noticed all this and made a mental note to have a talk with Karan.. Soon,Teju too left to her flat while all other too dispersed to their rooms, calling it off for the day..
