33.Sooraj Dooba Hai Yaaro!!

Days passed on with Teju behaving nicely with Karan whenever he approached her.. On one side, Teju had set herself free to accept his friendship and nit to behave rudely with him while on the other side, Karan was happy with Teju accepting his friendship atleast..

And seeing her, this new found patience, Karan, today decided to hangout with her and hence he is present outside her flat, ringing her door bell continuously.. After a while, Teju opened the door and said,

"Arey, shant shant, itni bhi kya jaldi hai k Tu bell bajaye hi jaa raha hai??"

"Hai meko jaldi, ab agar you permit,toh andar aa jau??" Asked Karan..

While Teju gestured him to come inside,and him being him, directly took a sit in sofa and then said,

" Teju, aaj bahar chale??"

"Bahar kyu jaana hai??" She asked..

"Bas wanna look around,so Tu mujhe ghumayegi Chicago??" He asked..

"Acha thik hai, chalte hai.." Teju replied after thinking a bit while Karan grinned..

But after a while she said,

"But am lazy yaar..." And then sat down in the carpet..

"Teju chal na please..Maja aayega.." Karan requested her..

"Acha, chalte hai par kaha jaana hai??" Teju asked..

"Mujhe kya pata?? Tu leke jaayegi na mujhe toh... " Karan said..

"Wahh..Jaana tujhe hai par jagah mai dhundhu?? Sahi hai tera.." Teju said..

"Haan toh mai konsa yaha rehta hun k pata hoga mujhe!!" Karan said, shrugging off his shoulders..

"Excuse me?? Mai koi yaha ghumti nhi rehti k mujhe pata hoga sab!! Ulta mai toh ghar par rehti hun most of the time jab kuch kaam na ho toh.." Said Teju..

"Acha ab isse pehle hum ladne lag jaaye, kya madam aap kasht karegi taiyaar hone ka??" Asked Karan..

"Ohh, ab Tu itna keh raha hai so abhi aayi, bas 5 minute.." Said Teju..

Saying so, she went to her room while Karan kept sitting in the hall itself, exact after five minutes, Teju came out of her room all ready in a simple crop top with a denim.. Her face devoid of makeup except for the lip tint in her lips while her hairs set free and with a sling bag in her hands..

Seeing her,Karan went still for some seconds but then composed himself before Teju who was wearing her shoes can notice..

"Tu itni jaldi ready ho gayi?? I was toh all ready to wait for atleast an hour.." Karan commented to make the intense atmosphere light..

"And why did you though so mister??" Teju countered back!!

"Generally,5 minutes of girls are atleast an hour, so!!" Saying so, Karan shrugged..

"But I don't fall in that category,unfortunately!!" Teju said..

Karan just nodded and then both proceeded for their day out, locking teju's home.. Both went to parking lot towards Karan's car and before Teju can open the door of passenger sit to sit, Karan was fast enough to open it for her and,

"Lemme do the honours, mí lady!!" Said, dramatically bowing down while Teju just shooked her head and sat inside..

Karan went to take the sit behind wheels while in the mean time Teju smiled a bit seeing his cute gestures towards her..

They decided to go to game zone and enjoy till lunch time and then having some food decided to roam around in the mall for a while and then a long drive..

The whole day went as per their plan and currently they are in the car, on their long drive..

"Can i play songs??" Asked Teju..

"Of course you can, no need to ask.." Replied Karan..

And to his surprise she played punjabi songs.. The long drive was now no longer silent, it was filled with their jamming session on the punjabi songs..

While Teju was busy vibing on the songs, Karan thought while driving,

"Indeed we covered a quite a distance..almost a month earlier,she didn't even talked to me, talk was a long forgotten thing, she wouldn't even wanna see my face but now, at the present moment,she is sitting beside me in the car and not that we are in any kind of awkward silence, we, here are enjoying the songs.. She is enjoying to her fullest, being carefree with me.. I like this, I like her this way, being all care free, being happy.. I love this, I love her.. Wouldn't wish for anything more except for her happiness rest can be toh compromised.. May she stays this way, being happy, being carefree, that's all I wanna wish for.. "

But soon his reverie was broken when amidst of the punjabi songs, she played "Sooraj dooba from the movie Roy"... And then asked him to open the roof and who is he to defy his lady and did as he was asked..

While Teju stood up on the sit with her upper body now out of the roof with the winds playing with her black tresses, a full blown smile on the face, clearly giving out how much she is enjoying this..
The song went on with their long drive, but the thing that changed between them was the comfort level, it just increased a bit today!!
