Demon queens

The title not only brought fear to the supernatural world but they were what humans would call as apex predators.

Born only as twins, the sole Supernatural species with only a female population, they were feared for their unmatched strength and the ability of their blood.

One drop of their blood into the system of any species, even human meant you would become their slave and get tied to them. However, it would take more than a drop of blood for royals and alpha to become their slave or also known as chevaliers. The process of making a chevalier is similar to a human's transformation into a vampire, you need to die with the queen's blood in your system.

The species so strong that it was said the power within themselves manifested as a curse. A curse to maintain the equilibrium of the world to withstand such divinity. A cursed fate to kill B to kill their twin sibling. So in the end, only one queen lives.

Therefore twin Demon queens were known as opposite Demon queens.

Jungkook kept standing like he was frozen in place, his mind was torn between two sides, one side was telling him that it was all a well-fabricated lie since his mate was completely human and another side was nagging him to extinguish the potential danger to his mate's life.

Because if Saya was indeed Hana's opposite demon queen then they were cursed to kill each other.

Taehyung's hand dropped from his mate's face, he took hurried steps and immediately got down on his knees in front of Jungkook.

Jungkook, Saya and Daniel were left open-mouthed in bewilderment at what he was doing.

"My majesty I know that what I'm asking is basically treason but please spare my mate's life. I promise that if after this day she becomes any kind of threat to the queen then I'll kill her with my own hands." Taehyung was bending on the cold concrete prison floor with his hands in front of his head.

"Hyung please get up what are you doing? Always remember that you are my brother before being my protector." He said lifting Taehyung's shoulder to see tears falling down his eyes.

Saya's heart both shattered and warmed at the same time at Taehyung's plea. She couldn't believe that he was begging for her life in such a way.

"I know Jungkook that's why you should do this for me or else I won't be able to live. Sorry for asking and putting you in a difficult situation but please let her go. I beg of you." Taehyung held both of Jungkook's arms and pleaded with everything in him.

After wiping Taehyung's tears Jungkook made him stand up. "I'll let her go now just for your sake hyung but if she ever tries to harm my mate then I won't be merciful again. Send them both away immediately and tell them never to step in our lands but before that ask her why Hana is a human if she is a Demon queen."

"Oh man, what a mess," Daniel murmured feeling the stress of the whole thing as he watched the stone ceiling in a daze. He felt sad thinking not only his queen had to face all the troubles knocking at her door but also the rejection of her mate now.

"Ayato is getting restless and wants to extinguish the danger to our mate so I'll be going to my room now." Jungkook felt pain in his head from trying to stop Ayato from coming out.

"Saya you heard him," Taehyung said staring at the broken chains and vines at the ground because he was dreading to see the kind of expression his mate had right now.

Saya came behind Taehyung and turned him around forcefully.

"What makes you think that you can make such a big decision about our lives without asking me what I want first?" She snapped at him, her eyes had turned emerald green in rage and her fangs had elongated, they were very longer than a vampire's. They made Taehyung gulp and feel the urge to know how they would feel sinking on his neck.
