When I say next update -> 50 I mean all the latest chapters released not just the last chapter. I often get update requests saying the vote limit has been reached when the previous chapter has yet to touch 50. By the time I am updating this chapter, it hasn't reached 50 but still, I am releasing new chapters. Since this is going to be a triple update I will wait for all the new chapters to hit 50 before I upload more :)

You ran as fast as you could around the never-ending maze that was the werewolves' castle aimlessly. Thinking that you have run enough to stay away from that flasher psycho wolf and that if he wanted to hurt you again he would have done it already you calm down. Besides Taehyung had said that as an apology for his prior behavior, Jungkook himself had said to pass the message that you could stay in their palace.

Spotting a girl in a maid's uniform you asked her breathlessly "Where is Taehyung?"

She looked at you in panic as if she has just seen a ghost and replied "Should I call lord Taehyung for you?".

You nodded your head and in a few seconds Taehyung stood in front of you and the maid left after bowing to you both.

"Hana why are you here and why are you wearing Jungkook's clothes?" He asked staring at you confused with wide shocked eyes.

Scrunching your nose in grimace you stared him down and he cowered in fear.

"Why...? Why are you looking at me as if you want to murder me?" He gulped and took a step back.

"Maybe because that sounds like the best thing to do right now." You stepped forward and put him in a headlock.

"How dare you lie to me, do you have any idea what kind of embarrassing situation I had to face because of you fool?"

"I am sorry, I did wrong. I should have told you that you were staying in Jungkook's room and he was the one who carried you here yesterday." Taehyung could get out of your grip forcefully but since he didn't want to hurt you he let you assault him.

"Ooh! Ooooh! Hahahaha." A peal of weird laughter which sounded like the noise made by the windshield wiper made you turn your head up. You looked at the pink-haired gorgeous guy with broad shoulders, a chiseled angular jawline, and plump lips that would make any girl jealous or want to bite on them for eternity laughing his ass off at the scene.

"I can't believe our Taehyung is getting beaten up by a girl. Hahahaa everyone, come to watch this, Taehyung is getting beaten up by a girl" He spoke trying to control his chuckle.

You cursed these werewolves and their superspeed when in a flash Hoseok and Jungkook were standing in front of you with an amused expressions on their face. Hoseok started laughing along with the windshield laughter guy nearly compelling you to join them.

Letting Taehyung out of your grip you moved to stand behind him and peeked at the other guys. You thought you saw anger and pain for a second in Jungkook's face before it became neutral again.

Jungkook's POV

When I looked at my mate hiding behind Taehyung because she was scared of me my heart twisted in all different angles possibly in pain. Trying to keep myself calm I took a deep breath but it was so difficult since she was holding Taehyung's biceps with her little hands.

Werewolves are really possessive of their mates and being an alpha moreover, a pureblood royal only made my possessiveness ten times worse than a normal wolf's. If I was this jealous of even my own protector next to her I wonder what will my condition be if I saw any other male next to her.

"I am Jin, Kim Seokjin. You can call me worldwide handsome hahaha." Jin hyung introduced himself and I could see Hana trying to control her smile.

He stretched his hands towards her and her hold on Taehyung's biceps got tighter making me gulp and look away from the scene.

"Aaah, this brat scared you before, right?" Jin hyung slapped my arms as I hissed due to the impact," Since I am the eldest I apologize first on his behalf as we raised him wrong but you don't have to worry, even though he looks like a fierce barking dog he is a puppy." He said making me snort and bowed at her as an apology.

"Puppy" I heard her mumble in a tiny voice but it was loud enough for my sharp ears to pick up. She must've realized that we could hear her as she pressed her lips into a straight line.

You have no idea what your little action does to me do you, little mate? God has sent me the most tempting seductress in the form of my mate. Those lips made me recall the feelings I felt the last time I carried her small petite form in my hands, her enticing scent, and the way she cuddled closer to my body and bit me.

I nearly humiliated myself by moaning right there. How will I reject her if the only thing I think about every time I look at her is tasting each and every part of her ravishing body? She has turned me into a total pervert.

"It's not your fault, you don't have to apologize it's a parent's job to raise a child properly but they can't be blamed for their wrongdoings. What we do and what choices we make in our lives depends solely on us."

I was touched by her wise words. Moon goddesses had chosen the best for me if only she didn't add that one flaw to her our life could've been so perfect. She stood beside Taehyung now and he bobbed his head urging her to continue speaking.

"If Jungkook-ssi apologizes with sincerity then only I can forgive him." She said in a determined tone full of conviction. My heart was filled with pride due to her even when she was surrounded by these many alpha wolves she still kept her stand and even though she was afraid of me she still had the guts to demand an apology from me.

Taking a step forward I bowed down 90 degrees and spoke while still bowing."I am very ashamed of my actions, you have no idea how guilty I feel. I'm really sorry. That was the biggest mistake I have made in my entire life and it will haunt me till the end of my life. Please forgive me."

"Wooh! Jungkookie outdoes himself in everything even his apology is so wooh!" I heard Hoesok hyung whisper to Jin hyung.

Facing up I saw an astonished look on her face most probably because she wasn't expecting me to apologize to her that deeply.

"Will you tell me the reason why you did that? Taehyung said you are not a bad guy so why did you try to harm me?" She questioned again looking straight into my eyes. There is no doubt that she could've been a strong Luna if fate had been kind to us.

This is really dangerous I figured as I felt the burden of her strong gaze. At this rate besides the mate bond there might even form another bond between us I might... no, I am going to fall in love with her if I stay close to her.

"My beast side took control of me, I wasn't in my senses. Ayato-my wolf got angry at something and since I wasn't emotionally stable at that time I couldn't tame him. It's still really difficult for me to talk about it so I will tell you about it when I will be ready."

I thought that she wouldn't accept my apology, who would after a person nearly killed them?

"Okay, I forgive you. Though you will have to give me a full explanation later." She said rendering me speechless with a stern face but she had a slight smile.

"Thank you, please stay here with us and let us take care of you I heard from Taehyung about your condition, there are doctors here 24 hours so it will be the best for you." She nodded her head and gave a soft okay after thinking about it for a few seconds.

"Hana-ssi" I called her as she was about to leave with Taehyung and Hoseok hyung.

"Try to stay away from me until I can find a way to calm Ayato. Even though we will be living in the same place the castle is huge so we won't run into each other and even if we do please ignore me, I will do the same."

I walked away from her with my heart feeling like it had to carry the weight of the entire earth. I was afraid I might break or go back on my resolve if I saw her cute puzzled expression anymore. Jin hyung walked beside me and pulled me in a hug as soon as we were out of sight.
