Soul ties.
That was the way to describe the bond between Nair and Jaehyun lately. The two just couldn't get enough of each other.
Doing something sexual also made Nair feel clingier towards Jaehyun - something that did not bother him at all. Jaehyun enjoyed eating Nair out on the counter, on the couch, in the shower,... every nook and cranny of the penthouse.
Nair was wearing one of her Skims set when she came across Jaehyun sleeping on the couch. It wasn't a usual thing for Jaehyun to be sleeping at home during work hours.
Especially during the week.
His shirt rode up a bit showing his very toned abs and defined v-line. Jaehyun had the most defined body she had ever seen. It was gorgeous and decorated with tattoos.
Nair traced his eyebrows smiling at his sleeping face. So handsome and peaceful... he was just so pretty to her.
Nair sat there next to the sofa admiring his face. Her hand moving back and forth across his toned chest calming her. Her head eventually coming to rest on his chest feeling his steady and calm heartbeat.
For once, Nair felt happy.
Jaehyun was home. She didn't know how to explain it... but as long as Jaehyun was there, she would feel like she had her home and family.
It was scary that her sense of belonging and comfort were tied to one person.
Nair yelped as a strong pair of arms pulled her up from her sitting position to straddle a very much awake Jaehyun. She giggled as soon as she saw his smiling face.
"What are you doing here during work hours?"
"I'm ditching work."
"Can you even do that?"
It still surprised Nair how free spirited and peculiar Jaehyun could be.
His actual personality did not match with how anyone expected him to be. He would cook listening to Gunna and rap. He would exercise a lot. He was very funny in the way he spoke and likes memes - he was chronically on the internet. Jaehyun and Nair really connected on Twitter. The ones who get it just do. He was always reading mangas. His closet was filled with streetwear and he found any way he could to dodge work.
He was really different from how Boram described Jitae. If she had to compare him to an animal, it would be a giant house cat.
"Taehyung might kill me but, that's an issue for tomorrow."
Jaehyun's hands settled on Nair's ass massaging the flesh. He told her too often that the skin tight shorts were going to get her in trouble.
"You were meant to be sleeping," she smiled cuddling closer to him. Her hand resting on his shoulder as their lips met. Nair playfully licked his lips finding it funny.
Jaehyun knew he could find better use for her mouth... especially that tongue.
"You look tew good to be doing that with you around." Nair burst out laughing knowing that he heard her say that. She was showing him a Cleotrapa skit a few days ago and she couldn't stop saying tew to anything.
Nair really liked their dynamic.
And Jaehyun had no doubt he wanted to be official with her. He was just figuring out the best way to do it. Nair didn't have a lot of good memories or moments so it was extremely important for Jaehyun that he was thoughtful and intentional. ...
A theme park.
Nair was beyond excited. She had never been to one. Jaehyun asked if she wanted to go out with him and have a bit of fun.
He fixed his nike cap not wanting to attract a lot of attention. He thought to rent out Lotte World but knowing how small Korea was, the news would travel.
At the moment Nair was still able to move around unrecognised and he'd like to keep it that way.
Her curly hair was in a messy bun. And she looked adorable in her long bodycon dress and converses. Jaehyun glared at a few men from above Nair's head as they oogled her.

"We have to go on all of them," Nair exclaimed excitedly pulling Jaehyun in the direction of a ride. He was just glad he got jump the queue passes because he was willing to tussle a child over a seat. ...
Six rides later and after a few rounds of Jaehyun letting Nair win at the arcade games, the couple was ready to head for some food. Jaehyun refused to eat the food there - he didn't want stale pizza or popcorn.
Nair agreed not really caring where they ate. She was pleased from the moment Jaehyun had won a bear almost the size of her playing an arcade shooting game. When she saw how accurate his aim was, she knew he had been going easy on her but didn't care.
She had decided to name the huge bear, Lotte as an ode to the day they had. Jaehyun had offered to carry it to the car but Nair loved holding Lotte.
"It looks like a person in the backseat."
"Lotte is huge," she giggled. She reached into the glove compartment reapplying some lip gloss. Whilst Jaehyun was distracted she planted the biggest kiss on his cheek. "This has been the best day ever, Hyunnie. Thank you... I am just so happy right now."
She had started recently calling him Hyunnie. It was adorable to Jaehyun - he had turned into the bitch he judged his brother to be. Jaehyun was too far gone.
He kissed Nair surprising her. She wasted no time responding to the sweet kiss.
"It's only natural I take my girl on a good date. I've been slacking not to do it sooner."
The way Jaehyun called Nair his girl made her feel warm and fuzzy inside. It gave her butterflies when he referred to her as his.
She wanted to be his.
But she wasn't sure if she was. Even if he said it, they didn't have a title... that did make her feel a bit unsure.
Nair liked titles.
She wanted to be able to know exactly what a person thought about her. How they felt about her. Their level of commitment when it came to her.
Jaehyun thought a bit differently in that regard. To him actions always spoke louder than words. He didn't need a title or things to be said if the actions were clear.
To him, his actions told Nair all she needed to know.
"A-am I your girl then," the girl shyly asked trying to not sound nervous.
Jaehyun kept one hand on the steering wheel but brought her hand to his lips kissing the back of it. "Of course, unless you don't want to be."
Nair's heart beat out of her chest as she felt warm.
"You never asked me..."
Jaehyun smiled. He didn't think he had to but he had no problem changing that.
"Nair, it would make me the happiest guy in the world if I could be your boyfriend. So, will you please date me?"
"I will," she smiled planting a kiss on his cheek. "It makes me happy to date you too Jaehyun."
If Jaehyun didn't have a long drive ahead, he might have pulled over and celebrated in a way he really wanted to.
