Eiran, Lola, and Felix followed the trail of destruction and a screaming man to a small room and Josephine. "How could you!? You had one job Jensen! One! You let her die! It's your turn now!"Josephine's voice echoed through the room.

The small man Josephine was clutching by the collar was almost identical to June, just a man. Must be her brother, Eiran thought to himself. The man was shaking in fear, pleading for his life. Luckily, Felix jumped in and stopped Josephine before she could do too much damage

"What the hell Felix!?"She shouted, being pulled away by Felix and Lola blocking the man from Josephine just in case. "You need to calm down. Tell us why you want to kill him and them we'll decide if a bounty on your head is worth it."He shouted back at her. She kept squirming and kicking. Eiran didn't even see Lola walking over to the orange-haired captain with a large piece of metal. Before he knew it, Josephine was knocked out on the floor.

Once Josephine finally woke up and they were able to get the man named Jensen to stop shaking, Eiran walked up to her. "Now what the hell were you thinking? Are you insane?"He asked her, getting a glare from Josephine. "I was thinking that this son of a-", "No swearing. If you can't talk about it without getting mad, we'll have to knock you out again."Felix stated in a very low, serious tone that slightly alarmed Josephine.

"Fine, this pathetic little man-"She started, getting a nod of approval from Felix. "He was Raelynn's Watcher. He was in charge of keeping her alive. He let her die!"She was back to shouting. Lola picked up the piece of metal again. "Okay, okay you psycho. No shouting."Lola put it back down.

"So he was the one who killed her?"Eiran asked. "No, that was some random pirate. I killed him already. But, Jensen let her die. The Watcher can save the Shadow from any injury. Even if that injury would normally kill them. She could have stayed alive. She was supposed to live longer. He let her die."Josephine was glaring at Jensen, who was shaking in fear again.

Lola and Felix both looked at each other then to Eiran. "I mean...it couldn't hurt to beat him up a little. Maybe not kill, but maybe just a little maiming?"Lola asked Felix, a larger piece of metal in her hands now. Where did she keep getting those?

"I mean it's only fair. He did let the savior of the world just die. That has got to have some sort of consequence right?"Felix said to Lola, who was now smirking. They both looked to Josephine and then Eiran.

"I know I'm the Shadow and all life is sacred and all but I mean if I weren't here to...stop it. It wouldn't really do too much harm to look away for just a second. Oh and look at that! I have to go to the restroom right this minute! I hope no one beats up a killer while I'm gone! Bye!"Eiran stepped out of the room, leaving them to their fun.

Outside was June and some dazed guards waiting for him. "Oh how awkward. You know, I was just on my way to the restroo-"Eiran was stopped mid-sentence by a large piece of rock behing thrown at him. "Okay okay fine. But he deserves it. He killed someone very important to us."He explained.

June looked at him confused. "He did no such thing! He told us his Shadow asked not to be saved! She said she wanted to die peacefully."June stated very matter-of-factly. "Josephine was there when she died! She was begging to be saved!"He exclaimed. "Oh so you can scream!?"He heard a muffled Josephine yell over Jensen's cries.

"No...he said...Jensen can't be lying. He's my big brother...he wouldn't...NO!"June collapsed on the floor. "Maybe you don't know him as well as you thought. I'm sorry but it's the truth."Eiran told her.

"Why would he do that?"June cried. "I have no idea. Why don't you ask him?"Eiran stated, using his Earth magic to open the giant doors. Lola, Felix, and Josephine stopped what they were doing to turn. They seemed to know what was going on because they stepped away from the small man.

Eiran got a close look at the man for the first time. The same light patches of skin he thought looked so intriguing and amazing on June, now looked ugly and pathetic on him. His face was beaten and bruised with a few cuts on his arms and one on is cheek.

He stood quickly, happy to see his sister. Jensen reached out his arms for an embrace, "Sister! June! My dear little sister! Oh you're here to save me!"He exclaimed running to hug her. Eiran saw a stern cold expression on June's face. He didn't know what to expect but it definitely wasn't the loud slap that echoed through the room.

"What did you do Jensen!? You told everyone she begged to die! You said you didn't want to but she cried your name and begged you to let her die! We worshiped you for taking care of her! We treated you like a god for taking her humanity into account! For respecting your Shadow! What really happened Jensen!?"She screamed, tears running down her cheeks, making Jensen coward.

"It was too much June!"He cried, on his knees, as if begging for forgiveness. "What was too much!?"She asked, stepping away from Jensen, who had grabbed the bottom of her skirt. "I couldn't take the responsibility of being the Watcher anymore. She was dying anyways so I figured-", "What? What did you figure!? I yelled for you! You watched her die in my arms, pleading for you to spare her life! You ignored her because you didn't feel like having the responsibility of her life anymore!?"Josephine cried.

Eiran thought Josephine was so calm and collected but in this moment, Jensen got under her skin without trying and she wanted to kill him for it. She was about to too but a guard ran in before either woman got the chance.

"Great One! The president has found us! He's trying to break through the barrier with some machine! Quickly, we need the Shadow!"
