Waking up to the noise of the doorbell constantly ringing, I groaned and sat up groggily rubbing my eyes. I stared at him who was sleeping with his mouth open, the duvet between his legs and his left hand placed in a unique way which made him look like a dead body. I chuckled seeing him SO relaxed.

Walking out of the room and towards the door, I opened it to see a woman in her mid 50's. Her eyebrows furrowed as she gave me a judgeful glance.

"Aap kon madam?"

(Who are you miss?)

She placed her hands on her hips and looked at me from up and down. Feeling a bit objectified, I tried to cover my non existent bare legs with my t-shirt.

"Khala, ye meri biwi hai."

(Aunt, she is my wife.)

We both looked back to see a sleepy Mahir ji, who was not in his best look, hair ruffled, jogger of one leg sliding up. Well he looked messy but a bit fresh than I had seen him.

A loud shriek was heard and I was engulfed in a hug. The minty cologne hit my nose as a wave of comfort rushed down my body. She broke the hug and looked at me with awe.

"Mahir baba, begum toh behad khoobsurat hain."

(Mahir, your wife is really beautiful.)

Feeling shy, I kept my head down and bit my lips when I felt his presence beside me, he pulled me closer by my shoulder and smiled looking at me.

"Sahi kaha aapne Khala."

(You're right aunt.)

Smiling she kept her hand on my cheek and gave me her blessings. She went towards the table and kept her bag and phone over it.

"Aap dono jaiye, naah dho ke wapis aaien, hum aapke liye nashta banate hai tab tak."

(You both can go and freshen up, I'll make breakfast.)

Walking to our room, I stared at him confusedly asking for some answers regarding her.

"Ye humari khala hai hai, jabse yahan property li hai wahi yahan ki dekh baal karti hai aur jab bhi main ya papa idhar kaam se aate hai toh yehi humare liye  khana banati hai."

(She is our aunt. From the time we had bought a property here, she has been taking care of it. Whenever papa or I come here she takes care of this house and makes food for us.)

I nodded at the information and smiled at how genuine and sweet she was. He came closer to me and hugged me swaying us slowly.

"Mujhe bhot achi neend aayi kal.)

(I slept peacefully.)

"Dekh paa rahi thi, aap laash ki tarah soye the.)

(I could see that, you were sleeping like a corpse.)

He chuckled and broke our hug, before giving me long, lovingly look. Pecking me on my cheek he went towards the washroom to take a bath, whereas I started cleaning the room.

After fifteen minutes he came out of the washroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. Water dripping and tracing it's path from his neck to his chest and down his V-line. I immediately turned my neck when the glimpses of yesterday crossed my mind. A blush covered my face.
