*Third person's pov*

Ishika took her hand bag and came out of the café, she walked towards his car and sat on the passenger seat.

She tucked her seatbelt and he started driving.

"You don't have to do this" Ishika said and Garv stayed silent.

"Are you willing to marry me?" Garv asked .

"I don't know" Ishika said

Garv stopped the car and looked at Ishika.

"Marry me only if you want to marry me not because of my family" Garv Said and stepped out of the car, he opened the door for her and she stepped out.

They walked inside a restaurant.

He pulled a seat for Ishika and she sat and then he sat in front of her.

The waiter came and took their orders.

"If you're okay with this marriage i am okay but if you want me to say no I can say no" Ishika Said looking down.

"I don't know if I can give you all the happiness you need" Garv said and Ishika looked at him.

"You want me to say no?" Ishika asked
"No" Garv replied.

"I don't want you to make me happy but I also don't want you to make me sad" Ishika said and Garv just stared at her.

"But i don't want to be a burden on you and your family" Ishika said.

"Not at all, Never ever think that way you will Never be burden on us. There's huge difference between burden and responsibilities." Garv said.

"Ishika badi ma have called you after college " Said Aaditri.
"But i have to go to café after college" Ishika replied.

"When will you stop working there, you will get married soon. You don't have to work" Aaditri said
"Still i ain't married yet" Ishika said and focused on her book.

"So you are coming with me After College" Aaditri said.
"No, i have to work" Ishika said
"So now you are saying no to badi ma?" Aaditri asked.

"No I just have work" Ishika said and got up.
"Take a day off, can't you?" Aaditri Said and Ishika rolled her eyes.

"Okay you win lets go" Ishika said and Aaditri smiled.

Ishika entered the house and was welcomed by three daughter in laws of the house.

She touched their feets to take their blessings.

"How are you beta" Asked Aaditri's mother.
"Good Aunty" Ishika replied.

"We called you so we could decide dates of all the functions" Garv's mother said and Ishika looked at Aaditri.

"Are you still not sure about Garv?" Asked his mother
"It's not like that aunty, isn't it too soon?" Ishika said softly.

"Beta today or tomorrow you have to get married, the sooner the better for you" His mother said and Ishika nodded.

"Aaditri you and Ishika have lunch we will talk to pandit ji regarding dates" Aaditri's mother said, Aaditri nodded dragging Ishika with her.

Ishika was sitting in the hall with all the family members in the hall.

"So now I will finally have a Bhabhi" Advik spoke and everyone smiled except Ishika, she didn't know what she was feeling.

"But isn't Ishika youngest here? I mean Aaditri and Ishika are of same age" Said Aakriti.

"She is but Garv is oldest and her being his wife will be counted older than you all in relation" said Aaditri's mother.

"Ishika beta where are you lost?" asked dadi and ishika shook her head as in no.

" I can die in peace after seeing them get married, i have welcome my son in law and then soon will welcome daughter in law" Said dadi.

"Nah dadi you have to see me get married" Said Aaditri.

"Garv bhaiya you came early today" Said Inayat.
"Ma called me" Garv said and his eyes fell on Ishika who was looking at her fingers as they were the most interesting thing in the world.

Garv was about to go upstairs when his mom stopped him.

"Where are you going Mr" Said his mom
"In my room" Garv replied.

"And why?" Asked his mom
"What do you mean by why" Garv asked.

"Come and sit here" his mother said but Garv didn't move a inch.

"Arey bhaiya can't you listen what badi ma is saying, come sit here" Inayat said and pulled Garv and pushed him on the couch next to Ishika.

" I called you early to announce the dates of all the functions and if that's ok with both of you" Said his mother and both of them just stayed silent.

"So the engagement will be 2 week later with presence of only family members and then on 28,29,30 and 01 all the functions will be conducted.
Mehendi and Sangeet on 28, haldi on 29, wedding on 30 and reception 01. Is that okay with you Ishika beta?" Said his mother.

Ishika was just looking down when Aaditri asked her again.

"It is ok right Ishika?" Aaditri asked
"Yeah " Ishika replied.

"Ok then it's okay" His mother replied.
"But you didn't ask bhaiya if he was ok" Inayat said

"What will he say? He is more than okay" said Arnav gaining a glare from Garv.

"Garv go and drop Ishika" said Garv's mom and he nodded walking out with Ishika following him.

Garv opened the door for her and she sat, he started the car and started driving.

"Are you really ok with all this" Garv asked.

Ishika looked at him and then again focused on the road.

"I don't know, at a point i think I am troubling you all when I see happiness and joy on the faces of your family because you are getting married I feel like I am not supposed to stop all this. You are your family is giving to much priority me which i somewhere don't deserve. I am nothing in front of you. Your class, your status I can't match anything and more of all i have no one who will do anything for me as bride side of the family" Ishika said as a tear escaped her eye.

"Don't overthink, everything is fine" Garv said passing the water bottle to her. He felt sad for her and what she was going through. He wanted to make her happy but he was afraid of getting hurt again. His past was stopping him.
