*Third person's pov*

It's been a week to their engagement they haven't talked much but still they can trust each other more.

"Garv, its Sunday you should stop doing work today" His mom said entering his room.

"Why?" He asked still focusing on laptop's screen.

"We want you to come for shopping with us" his mother said and he looked up.
"Ma i Dont like shopping you know it" Garv said.

"Still you have to join for the perfect fit, you will go pick Ishika and then meet us at abc labels" his mother said and left to which he sighed.

*Mehendi ceremony*

Ishika was sitting for the Mehendi ceremony wearing a olive coloured dress and he wore a simple white kurta.

The artists were applying mehendi on her hands and legs and she was just sitting like a statue. Rest of the family members were dancing and enjoying.

And as usually the groom was busy with his phone.

"Ma'am I have wrote mr.kapoor's name here" the artist Said and smiled getting a nod from ishika.

Garv looked at Ishika who was now sitting in same position for a hour.

"What happened bhaiya" Anaya asked.
"Nothing" Garv replied

"Worried for bhabhi?" She asked with a smile and he just glared at her.

ishika's Mehendi was done and the photographer were clicking here pictures.

"Sir please sit with ma'am for a picture" Said the photographer and Garv didn't reacted but his cousin Arnav pulled him and made him sit next to Ishika.

"Please smile" The photographer said and Ishika smiled slightly but Garv being Garv kept his cold face.

"Can you both stand" the photographer Said and Garv stood and Ishika too carefully stood straight.

"Sir can you stand half behind her and put both your hands on her waist" the photographer said and Garv breathed heavily.

He placed his shaky cold hands on either side of her warm waist making Ishika feel butterflies dancing in her stomach, her breath got heavy.

This was the very first time they were so close.

"Done" the photographer said and Garv immediately stepped back.

The ceremony was over and right now Ishika was in Aaditri's room along with all the ladies of the house who were chit chatting while Ishika was lost somewhere.

"Ishika" Aaditri's mother called her gaining her attention.

"What are you thinking" she asked and ishika shook her head in no.

After chit chatting all the ladies were leaving to get some sleep.

"Ishika come with me beta" Garv's mother said and Ishika walked towards her.

They both walked together towards the garden and sat on the chairs there.

"Ishika is something bothering you? You can share with me beta. You will have the same right on me that Inayat, Aanya and Garv have. From now on I will be your mother too" Garv's mother Said and Ishika's eyes filled with tears.
