{Third person's pov}
The ceremony was over, Ishika was sitting in her room with Vyan on her lap, patting his head gently so he could sleep. Garv left for work, some important meeting came up.
Ishika was surrounded by the ladies of the house, they were admiring Vyan who was looking hear and there with his doe eyes.
"He is just like Garv bhaiya, Isn't he?" Aakriti spoke with a cheerful smile on her face.
"Indeed, his carbon copy." Aaditri spoke and Ishika stared at little Garv, yes he is just like Garv.
"When Garv was born he looked same as Vyan," Garv's mother said looking at her grandson.
"Everyone missed me?" Inayat's voice came as she entered inside with her baby girl, Ashika In her arms.
"Look who's here, Vyan's sister." Garv's mother said as Inayat kept Ashika on the bed.
.........
It was night m, everyone had their dinner but like always Ishika was still waiting for husband to get back home so they can eat together.
She glanced at the clock which showed 10:05, she again shifted her gaze towards the cradle Vyan was sleeping in.
Soon she heard the door open, and witnessed an exhausted Garv.
He made his way towards the cradle where Vyan lay sleeping, the sight of his peaceful face bringing a faint smile to Garv's lips. He stood there for a moment, silently watching his son sleep, feeling a deep sense of love for him.
"Should I bring the dinner?" Ishika asked gaining his attention, her eyes looking at his face.
Garv tore his gaze away from Vyan and looked at Ishika, his tired expression softening as his eyes met hers. He nodded slightly, a grateful smile on his lips.
he replied, his voice weary but affectionate. "I'm starving."
Ishika smiled at his words, and got up to leave. She walked downstairs and reheated the dinner. After serving it in two plates she walked upstairs, As Ishika entered the room, she saw Garv standing there, gently patting Vyan's back and trying to soothe him. The baby had woken up and was fussing a bit in Garv's arms. Garv looked up as Ishika came in, a mixture of tiredness and affection on his face.
"He woke up just a moment after you left," he explained, his voice soft and quiet so as not to disturb the baby further. "He's calming down now, though."
"You should have dinner, I will take care of him." Ishika spoke keeping the plates on the table and walking towards them.
Garv could see the exhaustion on Ishika's face, but she still tried to shoulder the responsibility of taking care of Vyan. He couldn't bear the sight of her not eating and being exhausted.
"No, berry," he insisted gently. "You've been taking care of Vyan all day. You need to eat too. I'll hold him while you have your dinner. It's the least I can do."
"No, you haven't eaten anything since morning, you should eat first." Ishika sternly said.
Garv paused momentarily, feeling touched by Ishika's concern for him. She was right, he hadn't eaten since morning. But he couldn't bear the thought of her going without a meal either.
"And you've been busy with Vyan all day," he countered, his voice still gentle. "You need energy too. How about we both eat at the same time?"
"And who will handle the little version of you?" She spoke, folding her arms in front of her chest.
