From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Winchester House, in Baby Catty's nursery, Mary Winchester leaned over Baby Catty's crib. "Goodnight, love."

Mary kissed Baby Catty on the head.

John Winchester was holding Young Sam and Young Dean in his arms, looking toward Baby Catty. "Sweet dreams, Catty."

From 2.21 "All Hell Breaks Loose: Part 1", in Sam's Dream, in Baby Catty's nursery, Past-Azazel the Yellow-Eyed Demon stood nearby Baby Catty's crib.

Young Sam walked into the nursery to see Past-Azazel's silhouette standing over Baby Catty's crib. "Daddy?"

Past-Azazel slit his own wrist with his nail, putting his wrist to Young Sam's lips, making him drink.

"Does this mean I have Demon blood in me?" Sam asked.

Young Sam backed away from Past-Azazel in fear, wiping an arm over his lips. He backed away into the dress, knocking over a candle to the floor. The lit candle caught the rug nearby the door on fire.

Mary saw the fire from down the hall, running inside. "Catty!" Past-Azazel turned to face Mary, revealing his yellow eyes. Mary stopped short. "It's you."

Sam grew horrified. "She knew you."

Mary ran toward Young Sam and Baby Catty. Past-Azazel used magic to push Mary against the wall, sliding her toward the ceiling until she was pinned to the ceiling. She started to bleed from the belly. John ran inside. Baby Catty and Young Sam were crying, looking at the ceiling. John followed their gaze. Mary burst into flames.

From 1.21 "Salvation", in the motel room, John looked at his children. "Look, our whole lives have been searching for this Demon."

From 1.21 "Salvation", in the motel room, Sam looked at Catty and Dean. "That thing killed Jessica. That thing killed Mom."

From 1.09 "Home", in Jenny's House, the Figure of Fire approached Sam, Catty and Dean. The fired faded away, leaving them in darkness. Mary was standing in front of them, looking exactly how she did when she died. Catty and Dean looked at Mary in surprise, numb, slowly lowering their guns to their sides without feeling the movement.

"Mom?" Dean asked.

Mary smiled. "Dean." She stepped closer. "Catty." Catty couldn't react, in complete shock. Mary smiled a small smile, placing a hand on Catty's cheek for a long moment. She walked past them to Sam, still pinned to the wall. "Sam. I'm sorry."

Sam looked at Mary in confusion, tears in his eyes. "F--for what?"

From 4.01 "Lazarus Rising", in the warehouse, Catty was kneeling next to Dean's unconscious body, looking at Castiel. "Who are you?"

"Castiel," Castiel answered.

From 4.01 "Lazarus Rising", in the Singer House, Catty pulled up her sleeve to show Dean, Ness and Bobby the red hand print on her shoulder.

Castiel: (voice over from 4.01 Lazarus Rising) "I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from Perdition."

From 4.01 "Lazarus Rising", in the warehouse, Catty was still kneeling next to Dean, still looking at Castiel. "I mean, what are you?"

Black shadow feathered wings appeared on the wall behind Castiel before fading.

Castiel: (voice over from 4.01 Lazarus Rising) "I'm an Angel of the Lord."
