From 3.16 "No Rest for the Wicked", in the family's house, the blindingly bright white light faded. Ness/Lilith's eyes were still white. Her hand was still glowing. She let herself return normal.
Anna: (voice over from 4.09 I Know What You Did Last Summer) "Lilith is trying to break the 66 Seals to free Lucifer from Hell."
From 4.01 "Lazarus Rising", in the warehouse, Catty was kneeling next to Dean's unconscious body, looking at Castiel. "Who are you?"
"Castiel," Castiel answered.
Black shadow feathered wings appeared on the wall behind Castiel before fading.
Castiel: (voice over from 4.01 Lazarus Rising) "I'm an Angel of the Lord."
From 4.10 "Heaven and Hell", in the barn, Octavia placed a hand on the Demon she had pinned to the beam's head, smiting him, making him flash with a bright white light that made him scream in pain.
Octavia: (voice over from 4.07 It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester) "I'm Octavia."
Uriel smote the other Demon, making him flash with a bright white light, killing him.
Octavia: (voice over from 4.07 It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester) "That is Uriel. We're specialists."
From 4.10 "Heaven and Hell", in the Singer House's Panic Room, Sam, Dean, Catty and Ness stood behind Pamela. Anna sat up, completely calm.
"Anna, you all right?" Ness asked.
"I remember who I am," Anna told them. "I'm an Angel."
From 4.09 "I Know What You Did Last Summer", in the barn, bright light came out from Anna's body as she took her Grace back. Alastair stepped toward Anna. Alastair and Anna both disappeared with the light, leaving the barn in darkness.
From 4.01 "Lazarus Rising", at Pamela's House, on her porch, Ness looked at Sam, Catty and Dean, nodding to Pamela. "Pamela Barnes. Best damn Psychic in the state."
From 4.15 "Death Takes a Holiday", in the motel room, The Demon drew a knife, stabbing Pamela in the stomach.
Sam sat up. "Pamela!"
From 4.12 "Criss Angel is a Douchebag", in the motel room, Sam looked at Ruby. "It's not the Psychic thing I got a problem with."
"Yeah, I know what you got a problem with, but tough," Ruby told him. "It's the only way."
"No," Sam told her.
From 4.15 "Death Takes a Holiday", in the motel room, Pamela whispered into Sam's ear. "I know what you did to that Demon, Sam. I can feel what's inside of you. If you think you have good intentions, think again."
Pamela pulled away, starting to cough, leaning back against the headboard, a trickle of blood coming out of her mouth.
"Pamela?" Catty asked. Pamela's head turned to the side. "Pamela!"
Catty looked away with tears in her eyes, angry and feeling guilty for another one of their friends that they got killed.
Dean looked at Sam. "What did she say to you?"
Sam didn't answer, looking away.
From 4.07 "It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester", in the motel room, Octavia stood, walking toward Sam. "I'm not here to judge you, or to blame you, Sam."
