But that first kiss that sweet innocent kiss . That was ours. that was mine when ever she thought of that moment she would think of me And I would think of her

I was 10 years old, she was 12 and I remember it like it was yesterday.

I had spent the whole day trying to get anyone to notice me, but the boys were playing some 2 player game I had asked to play but they had said that they need to beat some level and because I didn't know how to play that game. I'd just slow them down.

Belly and Addie were watching the catching fire.
When I asked them to hang out they agreed right away but belly quickly kicked me out because I wouldn't stop talking.

But instead of staying and finishing the movie with belly Addie She turned to belly and asked.

"Hey I know that you wanted me to watch the movie With you, but would you..."

"Just go and take him with you., belly says motioning to me –I can't watch the movie with all you guys talking anyway"

"You don't have too"... I tried

"But I want to,Let's go to the beach " she says with a smile

I smiled back at her.
"Let's go and get ready" she says pulling me from The couch.

After that we get ready and we head down to the beach .

We start playing and running and swimming in the ocean.

"I'm having so much fun" addie says looking at Me playing around

"Me too we should do this every year" I say

"We do go to the beach every year its right outside our door" She deadpanned

"I know Idiot, I mean like lets come her on the first day like every year just the two of us " i ask with a hopeful smile.

that was a nice thought me and her just the two of us,

" okay just the two of us, ..I mean belly can come sometimes but mostly just me and you" she adds hastily most likely because belly loves the ocean more then the two of us combined.

"That sounds amazing, That can be our thing" I say to her

"What do you mean our thing" she chuckles
"I it's just you got like these things with everyone" I say She gives me a confused looked.

"Well I mean you and Conrad have the boat races you and Steven have the birthday prank on belly you and The moms and belly have the movie nights"

"Me and you we don't really have anything that we  do together every year"

"Well.." then she puts up her pinky finger she always does that when she makes promises.

"I promise we will do this every summer" she says with a smile

"That's one heck of a promise Adeline what are we gonna do when we'll like old and gray and married" I say with a smirk.

"You say that like we'll be married to each other " she chuckles and as I put my finger up and wrapped it around hers we shake it.
