You looked at your hands in amazement: you were actually glowing. You glanced up at Sage and Viper, the both of them looking at you in pure shock and astonishment.

"I've never actually seen someone grasp how it's done as quickly as you have. This is amazing!" Sage exclaimed, her previous confusion dissipating as soon as she spoke.

"Indeed, it's quite rare to be able to witness such a phenomenon, I'll write this down to report it to Brimstone." Viper agreed while looking down at her pad, taking a few notes on it.

"Wow I'm actually able to do it! And even faster than anyone else is able to, I was certain I had it in me!" You thought, your head buzzing with ecstasy, as you looked at yourself.

"Alright, so going back to the training, I was told that you could manipulate the sun's power and bend it to your will, is that correct?" Asked the short-haired lady, staring straight at you.

"That's what I've been told too," You answered back.

'Then, try something out, you know yourself more than we do," continued Viper, as she gazed at your glowing form, her green eyes focusing on your e/c ones.

You wondered how you could use your newfound powers. You remembered what you had been told by Brimstone the day prior as you felt the surge of power running down your body.

"What if I try to... Uh... Do the blinding thing first..?" You stuck out your arm towards the wall, trying hard to concentrate the energy towards your palm. In a flash, you realised you had created a hole through the ceiling and that the wall where your powers had hit had been burned, and was still getting heated by the destructive rays of sunlight.

"That's not what I meant to do..." You muttered, your cheeks flushing a bright pink in embarrassment, "I'm so sorry for the wall, Viper and Sage, I didn't know what was about to happen, I swear!"

"Hey, relax y/n, it's fine! This room was made to be used to test our abilities," Sage replied, a motherly tone adorning her voice.

You cracked a smile at her answer, feeling relieved that neither of them were mad... That's when you caught the stare Viper was giving you. A murdery aura erupted from the sole glare she gave you, instant chills running down your spine. You gulped down in fear at her intimidating form, your gaze darting to Sage's in helplessness. The chinese woman turned to face the other older one, giving her a look.

"Oh come on Viper, it's not that big of a deal. You know the robots will fix that in minutes, you don't have to worry about it," Sage sighed and put her hand on the other agent's shoulder in reassurance. She turned back to you, who had calmed down a little after Sage's intervention. "Let's continue with the training, and this time, try not to create another hole in the ceiling, just to guarantee your safety tonight, alright?"

You were slightly panting, both of your trembling hands taking support on both of your knees. You had trained until late in the day, and the overuse of your energy left you exhausted and starved.

"Great job, you worked well! I expected you to learn quickly how to use your abilities due to your fast grasp of the concept," Sage praised her while gently clapping her hands together. "I think you did enough for today, we will report everything to Brimstone so that he can come up with a training plan according to your needs."

You smiled at the older women, pride shining on your face as you thanked both of them. While you all left the training grounds and walked back to the villa on the rocky path you took to get there in the morning, you gawked at the magnificient sunset that adorned the sky. You lightly stopped on your track to gaze at the swirl of orange and pink hues. The corner of your lips curled upwards in slight joy.

"It's pretty, isn't it?" A masculine voice spoke to your left. You jumped in surprise at hearing the foreign voice. You quickly turned to face whoever was beside you, and you were faced with a familiar pretty face. Iso was standing beside you, his purple eyes fixed on the beautiful scenery before the both of you. He was wearing a black hoodie and sweatpants and he seemed relaxed as he shifted his gaze to meet your flustered one. He cracked a grin seeing your expression, and you quickly turned your head away from him in embarrassment.

"Uh... Yeah it is actually," you said, your gaze travelling from the last shades of orange that decorated the sky to Iso's purple orbs. He stuck out his hand in front of him and looked expectantly at you. So you copied his action and you both shaked hands, a pink hue adorning your cheeks at the contact of his hand.

"I'm Iso, welcome to the team agent Plasma. I'm looking forward to working with you," he said, a smile curling the corner of his lips upwards.

"Likewise," you answered and returned his smile, the best you could.

Silence drapped over the both of you. It felt kind of awkward as you stared at him, taking in every little detail of his handsome face.

A distant yell interrupted the uncomfortable air around you. You swiftly turned your head to look at what caused the commotion only to realise that it was Sage screaming your name in panic.

"Y/n! Where are you!" She cried out a last time before her gaze landed on your form. "Oh thank goodness you're here! We thought we'd lost you!" She said, running down the path to where you were standing.

Viper had been calmly following from behind Sage, clicking her pen in slight annoyance at Sage's previous yells. The chinese woman greeted Iso at seeing him beside you.

"You poor thing should be starving! Why weren't you following us?" Sage exclaimed, grabbing both of your hands,"We were really worried about you!"

You chuckled nervously at the older woman's scolding, risking a glance at the chinese man beside you. He was chuckling at your helplessness.

Sage ended up half-kidnapping you to force you to go eat. She was still fuming when you arrived at the villa where everyone was already eating, or almost done.

I was watching her get scolded by Sage. I couldn't help but to stifle a chuckle at how afraid she looks. I mean, the whole scene is funny! After a few minutes of the old hag scolding Plasma, she ended up excusing herself and y/n, whom I just learned her real name. Not going to lie, it's a really pretty name.

I felt kind of irritated that they interrupted mine and y/n's official encounter. So, as they all strolled away, I just audibly sighed while I stared at y/n's back.
