ওBELLA sat with her legs crossed as she jotted down notes in math notes and then it dawned on her how senior year was coming to an end.
prom was tomorrow night and soon after was graduation.
she looked around the classroom realizing how she would never see the people she walked passed down these hallways for the past four years and it was bittersweet to her.
despite all the worst things imaginable that happened this year, she was grateful for it. because without it, she wouldn't grown to be the person she was meant to be. she wouldn't have met him.
just then the classroom turned their attention to chris, matt, nick, and baylen coming to class with a radio as one direction 'what makes you beautiful' played.
"oh my God." bella said to herself as matt came into the classroom with a big bouquet of red roses that had glitter on them.
"bella this is for you!" matt came up to her and gave her the flowers. everyone in the class began to film as bella stood up. chris came into the classroom with madi and alahna behind him.
chris held up a sign that read, 'will you light up my night like nobody else and be my prom date?' bella walked over to him as everyone anticipated her answer.
"i'd love to go to prom with you." bella gushed as chris hugged her and alahna and madi popped the confetti cannons as chris kissed bella on her cheek.
everyone clapped and congratulated the two, even mr. blake. the bell rang and the two walked out of class together hand and hand.
"can i keep the poster?" bella eyes drawn to his left hand that was holding the poster. "all yours." he handed it to her.
"this is seriously one of the nicest things a boy has ever done for me." bella looked at chris as they entered the cafeteria.
"only for you." he placed his hand on her waist as they joined the table with their friends.
"oh look at my favorite couple." nick hyped them up as chris smiled and bella gave him a weak one.
they weren't together, chris didn't even make it official.
