Marco's P.O.V.

Star was lying still on the ground, and a crowd started to build around her. I wanted to go and help her, but I couldn't stop scolding myself. What have I done? I just put a love spell on Star! How could I be so stupid? I was so focused on myself I didn't think about how it would effect anyone else. Now I was thinking about myself again, I should go and help her up. As I walked over to her, her eyes opened, and immediately focused on me.
"Hey Marco," she said with a flirtatious grin.
"St-Star, are you okay," I found myself asking.
"Yeah, I'm more than okay," she answered. She then made an attempt to wink, but it just ended up being a really weird blink. Oh no. She's flirting with me. Everyone was still circled around us, but luckily, the buses came, and the crowd broke, and now it was just the two of us standing alone.
"Come on Star, let's get you home." I said awkwardly. I grabbed her hand to help her up, but once my hand touched hers, her eyes made heart shapes like they do in cartoons. It was kind of freakish, but I assumed it was a thing that happens on Mewni.
It was then that I realized making contact with her, let alone touching her hand probably wasn't the best idea.
"As long as you'll take me there hot stuff." Immediately my cheeks went as red as a tomato. I didn't know how long this would go on for, but I didn't I like it.

Star's P.O.V.

It's dark where I am. I can't move, but at least I know what's going on. I can still see what is going on in front of me, and I hate that I can't do anything about it. I don't want to hurt Marco, and I'd do anything for him. So even though it may sound like I regret what I did, I don't. At least the girl he's had his eyes on for years wouldn't hate him forever now. Things will be weird for a few days, but it's for a few days, and that's it. I'm sorry Marco, but I did this for your own good.

Marco's P.O.V.

That bus ride home was the longest 10 minutes of my life. Star was sitting right next to me, and she wouldn't stop staring at me. It was really uncomfortable. I tried to avert my eyes, but I couldn't stop staring back at her, I don't know why, but it was like we were having a starring contest. When we did get home, I walked off the bus, with Star not far behind me. I could feel her breathing down my neck, and it gave me shivers. When we got into the living room, I realized my parents weren't home. I don't know if this was good or bad. My parents wouldn't be able to stop Star from coming on to me if they weren't here, but then again, how would they stop her from coming on to me? "Star, I'll be in my room if you need me."
I started to walk upstairs when I heard Star say, "Perfect, I'll come with you."
I cringed at that. "No, um... I need to work on homework." I didn't have any homework, but I needed to go to my room to think. I needed to be alone.
"Okay," Star pouted, she was clearly trying to get me to stay with her. "But once you're done, I'll be down here," She licked her lips, "waiting for you." She made another attempt at winking, even though it was a better wink than last time, it still just looked like a very awkward eye twitch.
I blushed again. "Yeah, ha ha, okay," I slowly started to walk up the stairs, "well, bye." After that I darted up to my room.

I think I just barfed in my mouth a little.
