It'd be different

(so I wrote half of it at night, and half of it rn, so I apologize for the mistakes if there are some, its because I wrote that part at night, anyways enjoy)

Cairo didn't know where to go, she felt helpless again, she couldn't believe her parents actually did this to her...

She was out of the forest and just wandered around, it was 7 pm now, it was dark

The small Latina didn't like being out alone in the dark, but where could she possibly go?

She didn't want to bother Cc with this, Cairo felt like she'd be a burden to them.

The girl pulled her phone out and dialed Winnie's number, her best friend picked it up after two rings

"Cairo, what's up?" Her voice was sweet and happy, making the small one smile a bit

"Hey, look I need a favor, a big one" Winnie heard her best friends voice and knew that she'd been crying

"Sure, what's going on?" She asked being concerned now, and worried..

"My asshole parents kicked me out, I don't know where to go, can I stay at yours until I find a place?"

Winnie sighed and felt awfully bad for her best friend

"Of course! Why would you even ask? Just come here, of course you can" Cairo felt relieved about this

"Thank you, I'll be there soon" Winnie said goodbye and put the phone down

Cairo made her way over to Winnie's house, it was far away, almost an hour walk

But she didn't care, at least she had a place to sleep, which was good...

She was grateful for Winnie, they've been friends for a long time, and always had each other's backs

The other thing her mind wondered about was Cc, and how to tell her this

She knew Cc wouldn't judge her, she already told her about what happened in her old school

But still, how to even bring this up, Cairo needed to get herself together first then talk to Cc about this whole thing

She knew she'd offer to stay at her house without a second thought

Cc was so sweet, Cairo had butterflies in her stomach just thinking about her, what was this feeling?

"Fuck!" Cairo exclaimed as she realized that she's most definitely in love with this girl

How did she let this happen? All she wanted was a hookup, nothing more, and now she's thinking about asking Cc to be her girlfriend? the actual fuck Cairo?

she asked herself and continued walking, maybe she should call Cc, but it's late, even though Cairo knew she'd pick the phone up for her no matter what time it was

She was hesitant but decided not to call her, Cairo sighed and put her phone back into her pocket

She just made her way over to Winnie's house, where she walked in and took her shoes off

"Hey" Winnie said with a forced smile on her face, Cairo nodded and just hugged the girl tightly, who hugged her back without hesitation

"I'm here, You can stay here as long as you need to" Cairo nodded and pulled back, she looked at Winnie who was smiling at her

"Thank you, I didn't know who else to call" Winnie nodded then pulled her in the kitchen, opened the cabinet, and held up two wine glasses

Cairo nodded and watched as the girl opened the wine bottle, then poured it into the glasses and gave it to Cairo
