The theme song begins. "Five!" Thunderbird Five is shown in space. "Four!" Thunderbird Four is shown underwater. "Three!" Thunderbird Three is shown taking off into space. "Two!" Thunderbird Two is shown flying. "One." Thunderbird One is shown launching. The title is shown. Thunderbird One is shown again as Scott is shown standing in front of it. His name and Thunderbird One appear. Space Station/Thunderbird Five is shown as John is shown with his arms crossed over his chest. The words 'Space Monitor John Tracy' appears. Parts of Tracy Island are shown as Thunderbird Two is shown with Virgil and his name. Thunderbird Four is shown while Gordon is shown looking as if he's running. His name and Thunderbird Four is written out beside him. Thunderbird Three flies around before it stops, and Alan is shown standing with his arms crossed. His name along with the words Astronaut is shown. Kayo is shown with her Thunderbird Shadow as the words Covert Ops appear above her name. Light Flashes and Elaina is shown cheering as she had oven mitts on her hands while she had a supply belt on her hips as she held a whisk in one hand as she stood in the kitchen. She stood with a wink on her face as she had her tongue out. Light Flashes and Brains is shown standing beside his robot Max as his name and the word 'Engineer' are shown. Light Flashes and FAB ONE is shown before she appears with a hand on her hip as she stands with Parker and Sherbert. The words 'London Agent' appear with her name. Scenes from this chapter are shown before the title is shown again. "THUNDERBIRDS ARE GO!" Smoke covers the area as the title vanishes.
[FAB ONE]
A beeping sound is heard and Penelope reaches for her compact mirror looking communicator. She pops it open and John appears on the communicator.
"You know those demands are a joke, right?" John asks.
"The World Council is desperate. I wouldn't put it past them to make you hand over your ships." Penelope says.
"Can you buy us some time? We might have found a way to stop all this." John pleads.
"Consider it done." Lady Penelope says and hangs up on them, "Number 10 Downing Street, if you would, Parker."
"Right away, milady!" Parker says and hits the button causing them to take off into the sky, "FAB ONE is off!"
[Thunderbird Three - Meanwhile at the Same Time]
"Sorry about last time, the babysitter thing." Kayo says.
"Ah, no big deal. Most guys would kill to have you as a babysitter." Alan says before his cheeks turn red, "Um, because you're so um, responsible and... and stuff!"
[Tracy Island]
Elaina giggles as she listens to the conversation. Elaina rolls her eyes at Alan's nervousness before she focuses on what's going on with Scott and she blushes as she listens to him.
[A Few Minutes Later]
Scott arrives at the solar collector again and he knocks on a piece of it that was blocking the entrance to the control room. He listened as there was an alarm going off inside. He narrows his eyes as he tries to listen for other things. He hears faint voices calling for help inside.
"International Rescue, we have another situation. I found a control room crushed under the base of the collector. I think there may be people inside." Scott announces.
"Oh no..." Elaina squeaks out with a gasp.
"I'll try to get them out. Brains, is there any other way inside this thing?" Scott asks.
"Through the server room. But you'll have to use the access hatch." Brains replies.
"And where is the access hatch?" Scott asks.
