Pov. Kai
We were trying to get Lloyd to stop attacking us, he tried to kill us, that's true- but he was limping all the time, I noticed how he had multiple new scars and scabs. His left wrist was slightly turned the wrong way... The princess looked horrified and tired... What did they go through? I saw that Lloyd tried to use his powers but was too tired.
"Zane! Use Ice Strike to freeze his body!" I yelled to Zane. Nindroid nodded and swiftly moved behind Lloyd and froze him when the boy tripped leaving only his head out. I looked around to make sure everyone else is okay but I saw The princess struggling to not get her throat sliced by that Deimos person.
"Cole! Get the vengeance stone! Quickly!" I yelled to Cole and started running towards the two with Cole close behind me. When I was near I made a tackle and kicked Deimos off of Y/n landing in front of the princess in a protective position. Cole quickly ran up to Deimos and put power cancelling handcuffs on her. She was tossing around like a child
"You little brats! I've planned this for years! You can't just catch me like that! Let me go!" She yelled, I looked at Y/n and kneeled down in front of her
"Do you need any medical attention?" I asked softly. She shook her head
"Just shaken up a little..." She said quietly. I nodded and walked up to Cole to help him get Deimos out of there.
Pov. Y/n
HOLY SHIT I ALMOST DIED. I thought to myself while watching Kai and Cole escort Deimos out of the room. I looked around, Nya and Jay were talking about something and Zane was on the other side of the room. My eyes fell to Lloyd who tried to get out of the Ice... he looked weak and scared... I managed to stand up and slowly approached him when I was near him, Lloyd looked up at me. He eyes were in that beautiful emerald green again but his pupils were thin. I hesitantly reached my hand towards him
"Wait Princess no!" I heard Nya's voice. And the rest of the team was rushing towards me. I didn't stop, I just gently put my hand on Lloyd's cheek and to everyone's, even my surprise he leaned into my touch. Something isn't right... the spell was supposed to make him a living weapon... what happened? I thought to myself. But I knew one thing. Lloyd won't hurt anyone else right now... I know it.
"Free him." I said and looked up at the team. Zane walked up to me
"Princess with all respect, I don't think it's a good idea right now..." The nindroid said softly
"I said melt the ice." I said again. This time the rest of the team walked up to me, Cole walked up closer
"Princess... that's too dangerous right now... we don't know what he is capable of..." He said. I looked at Kai with a frown
"Kai melt the Ice. That's an Order." I said firmly. I usually was sweet and kind to people but I know deep in my heart that Lloyd wouldn't hurt anyone right now.
Kai looked at me and bowed down. He then walked up to the ice and melt it. Lloyd looked up at everyone, weakly stood up and slowly limped towards me. He then hugged me and leaned against me. I was a little shocked and hugged him back with a slight blush
"That's weird..." Nya said looking at everything. I let go of Lloyd and looked at everyone.
"Can we go back the the castle please? I'm tired and we need to heal Lloyd..." I said peeking at Lloyd's face that held many new scar that were already forming in the scabs. I also saw that the poison is dangerously spreading.
"Alright, But what about the fact that Lloyd has been poisoned??" Jay said looking at me. I sighed
"He got poisoned with Mrithun's poison. Mrithun is a name for the deadliest butterfly in Ninjago... Deimos somehow got it in her hands and put it on Lloyd... It can kill a human within seconds but when you're a mix it makes you really sick. For the first few hours Lloyd was in massive pain and the only relief he had was sleep I guess... He couldn't even talk..." I said quietly and looked at Lloyd who was acting like a curious child towards me.
"Oh... alright let's get you two back to the castle so you can rest finally" Cole said with a kind smile. I nodded and started walking, as soon as I started moving Lloyd did too. I stopped and Lloyd did too
"Is he... following you?" Kai aksed with confusion
"I think so? He's like a little duckling now-" I chuckled softly and we were on our way to my castle
