Pov. Y/n
The cold marble floor of Yuki's throne room sapped the warmth from my body, leaving me shivering despite the opulent surroundings. I hugged my knees to my chest, trying to draw some comfort from the small gesture. Around me, the room gleamed with gold and precious stones, a stark contrast to the darkness that had settled over my heart.
Yuki sat on his ornate throne, watching me with a mixture of frustration and curiosity. He had spent the last few hours attempting to cheer me up, offering gifts and promises that meant nothing to me. He didn't understand that no amount of wealth or power could fill the void that he created when he teleported Lloyd away when I didn't even know if he's still alive. I was scared that I actually will never see him and the team again... nor my parents. So, despite being terrified of what Yuki is capable of I decided to ignore nearly everything that he does and says- I might die because of this but oh well-
"Y/n, you do realize that your stubbornness is pointless?" Yuki said, his voice unusually gentle. "You could have anything you desire here. Just say the word."
I didn't respond. I had learned that silence was my best weapon against him. Engaging with him, even to argue, would only give him more power over me. Instead, I kept my eyes fixed on a distant point, just pretending he wasn't there.
"Look at these jewels," Yuki continued, motioning to a tray of glittering gems that a servant brought forward. "They're the finest in the land. Surely, they must bring you some pleasure." He said
I glanced at the jewels briefly before returning my gaze to the far wall. They were beautiful, yes, but come on- I'm a literal princess of Ninjago, I see jewellery at home and besides I don't even like that amount of jewellery- I'm not a pick me princess.
Yuki's patience was wearing thin. I could hear it in the way his voice began to tremble with barely suppressed rage. "Why won't you speak to me? Why won't you at least acknowledge my efforts?" He asked
Because you kidnapped me, hurt my friends and possibly killed my boyfriend. Not to mention that you don't even let me walk around. No freedom no answer dickhead. I said in my head as I continued to stare at the poor wall near the giant door trying to count each brick.
Finally, Yuki's facade of patience shattered. He stood abruptly, his face contorted with anger. "Enough!" he shouted, his voice echoing off the marble walls. "You leave me no choice but to use more drastic measures."
Why am I alone with this dude??? I would very much prefer being in the cell with Lloyd or anyone like with Deimos and not alone here-
Fear prickled at the edges of my resolve, but I forced myself to stay calm. I knew that showing fear would only embolden him. I mentally slapped myself for being stubborn but it was too late to go back.
Yuki stepped closer, his eyes narrowing. "I see I must resort to threats to get through to you. Very well. If you continue to defy me, I will hurt Lloyd. I will make him suffer until you beg me to stop."
My heart skipped a beat at the mention of Lloyd, but I couldn't let Yuki see how much his words affected me. I tightened my grip on my knees, willing myself to remain composed.
"Do what you want," I said finally, my voice steady despite the fear gnawing at my insides. "I won't betray him ever." I said quietly with a serious voice.
Yuki's eyes flashed with anger, and for a moment, I thought he might strike me. But then he took a deep breath and stepped back, a cold smile spreading across his face.
"Very well," he said. "We shall see how long your defiance lasts."
With that, he turned and stormed out of the throne room, leaving me alone with my thoughts. The moment the door closed behind him, when I was sure he was gone I leaned against the stone throne and took a deep breath. "Holy shirt- even speech lessons with my mom aren't that stressful-" I mumbled quietly trying to calm my racing heart. Suddenly I saw Lloyd and Mike popping in the middle of the room. I stood up with confusion. Wait a damn minute- I stood up! I looked at my hand and knees. there was no trace of chains or anything.
"Y/n!" I heard Lloyd yell and before I knew it I was enveloped in a tight hug. "Lloyd?? Mike?? What are you two doing here??" I asked with confusion. Lloyd looked at me with a smile "Well-"
Pov Lloyd
The dimly lit cell was a stark contrast to the luxurious throne room where Y/n was being held. I sat on the cold stone floor, my back against the rough wall, my mind racing with thoughts of her. Across from me, Mike watched with a concerned expression. He had been a mystery to me, but recent events had made me reconsider my initial distrust.
"Who are you really, Mike?" I asked, my voice filled with suspicion and curiosity.
Mike sighed, looking weary. "I'm on your side, Lloyd. I've been helping you and Y/n all the time... I was the one that saved you two from drowning, I was the one keeping you save and watching over you two while you were sleeping..." He said calmly
I studied him, searching for any sign of deceit. But all I saw was sincerity. "Why should I believe you?"
"Because I have nothing to gain from lying to you," Mike replied. "I've seen what Yuki is capable of, and I don't want to be part of his plans. He did previously ask me to join him but I declined. I knew there were better ways than kidnapping and harming you guys... I went to ask Y/n if she can help me and she agreed..."
He was right. I blankly believed Yuki that Mike was bad but didn't reconsider that it could be otherwise. Determination filled me. I stood up, my chains rattling. "I need to get to Y/n. We have to find a way out of here." I said firmly and tried to use my powers but nothing worked.
Mike shook his head. "It's not that simple. This cell is protected by a vengeance stone. There's only one key, and Yuki has it. There's no escape unless you have the key-"
My mind raced as I considered our options. "Then we need to get the key from Yuki. Do you know where he keeps it?"
Mike nodded. "He always has it with him. I saw it multiple times. It's the only way he can control the cell."
My eyes narrowed as I formulated a plan. "Is there any way we can contact Y/n? Maybe we can trick Yuki into giving her the key."
Mike thought for a moment before nodding slowly. "I can try. But it won't be easy. The vengeance stone limits my powers...
"Do whatever it takes," I urged. "We don't have much time."
Mike thought for a bit. He then looked at me. "Give me your hands." He said reaching out to me. I hesitantly walked up to him and grabbed his hands. Mike closed his eyes and soft purple sparkles appeared around us.

"And that's how we're here-" Lloyd finished. I nodded and pulled him close "So Yuki has a key on him? Only one key to every cell?" I asked. Mike nodded "yes, I saw him open every cell with that key if you could take it when he's not looking we could have a change to fight him-" Mike explained "Okey but how? He's not exactly eager to give me the key-" I said with a tilted head
"We have to use his weaknesse. You." Mike said, I felt Lloyd's grip tightened "what do you mean???" Lloyd asked "Yuki wants Y/n to be with her, that's why he hasn't threw her in the cell with us-
"Woah Woah woah- no- I'm not letting Y/n go in danger, there has to be a way-" Lloyd started but I stopped him "what do I have to do?" I asked. Mike nodded and started explaining the plan.

(For those who didn't understand how Y/n was out of chains- Mike teleported Lloyd to Y/n's head so on the outside she's just staring blankly at the wall but on the inside she's talking with Lloyd and Mike)
