Wow she updates this story?!
Ok so I finished Ms Marvel recently (yes, a bit slow on the uptake, I know) but y'all this tv series was actually so good!!!
I actually have no idea how so many people hated on it. Like excuse me?! This tv show was so funny and creative I absolutely loved it.
I often found myself forgetting that this was a Marvel tv show, and not just a cool teen show. It wasn't extremely heavy and I didn't have to focus that heavily on everything going on which I thought was a really fresh change of pace.
Sometimes I find it hard to follow along or fully understand what's going on in Marvel. This happened occasionally during Loki (which I still haven't finished season two of) and quite often during FATWS (again, I haven't finished it. Purely because it was too heavy).
Another thing I really enjoyed about Ms Marvel is that it showcased a different culture. I loved the representation and found it really fun to watch.
Also, can we please talk about the acting and writing in this show?! IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!
The emotion was so strong I swear I cried several times watching it. They all felt like real people I could relate to or empathise with. They didn't feel like this overbearing, ever-powerful being that I was kinda like what the actual fuck.
Moment of appreciation for the last two episodes? I was HOOKED.
I was stressing so much watching them (my friends would know) and hfuoegvkcbquouagfcoy it was so good.
One thing I will say however, is that with it being so light-hearted and un-marvel-like, it does lose that little Marvel power. I did really like the change of pace but it wasn't a stand out Marvel production. It didn't have that wow factor if you know what I mean.
Final Comments/Overview:
Favourite character: Bruno. He was just so UGHGFDJYHSFVDy. Absolute sweetheart
Watchability: 9/10 really easy to watch, didn't hurt my brain so we applaud
Wow factor: 6/10
