Y/N POV:
Well fuck me, this is great. I didn't think he was actually going to come out of his room. If I would have known, I wouldn't have told Lix yes. But whatever...as long as he doesn't speak to me I think we should be fine. I don't think I would want to hear all about him and his girlfriend anyways.
It's strange because when I saw him on stage, he was back to being Bang Chan the leader of Stray Kids. But being in this room, he was Chan, Chris that I'm apparently fighting with.
"Um, here's the card!" I tried to say cheerfully as I set the card I didn't want down next to Innie. Hopefully my cheerfulness didn't seem forced. I could see all the eyes on me and I felt as if I could read what's on their minds.
"Oh...um...thanks..." Innie gave me a look, probably wondering if I'm okay.
"It's okay," I mouthed to IN as a soft smile appeared trying to reassure him everything was good.
"What are we playing?" Chan spoke up not looking up from the pile of cards.
I was about to tell him until Hyunjin cleared his throat and explained to him what we were doing. I mouthed the words, 'thank you' to him, he sent me a wink. Bang Chan sat and watched us until we were done playing, trying to figure out the game.
It was quiet at first as we passed the cards but eventually everyone was back to having fun, laughing and being loud. Even Bang Chan at one point was laughing with us. "Oh, okay! I understand the game now!" he said with a smile on his face.
Madeline whispered to me if I wanted to go but I shook my head no, I was enjoying myself. And if I'm friends with Stray Kids again that means putting up with Bang Chan, when I don't want to.
It was down to me, Hyunjin, Sierra, Bang Chan and Minnie. I was passing the card I didn't want to Sierra when I saw Min reach for a spoon. That's when everyone went to grab one and of course the one I grabbed is the same one Bang Chan grabbed. We both held the spoon, neither one of us letting go. Our eyes were fixed on one another, making my cheeks warm.
"Uh...you can have it," he said in English.
"Are you sure?" I gave him a puzzled look.
"Take it," he displayed a soft smile making his dimples appear.
My heart melted and I felt a small smile creep onto my face, "Thank you."
We went back to playing but Min ended up winning that one. After a few more games, we decided to stop, since it was becoming late.
Chan's POV:
I needed a way to talk to Y/N before it was too late, I thought of a plan quickly as she was gathering her things before we all left downstairs with her and her friends to say goodbye.
"Lix, I'm going to try and talk to Y/N," I whispered to him as we were in the elevator.
"You are??" Bin asked shocked. I guess I didn't do a good job of whispering because Bin and Min were surprised at my plans.
"Yes...but don't don't ruin it. I'm going to try."
"Okay, we'll try to distract everyone," Lix noted.
"Thanks, Mate."
Y/N, her friends and the other Kids walked off the elevator the same time we did. As soon as we all gathered, her and her friends began to thank everyone for tonight, going around hugging everyone. I was a bit shocked when her friends hugged me, thinking they did it on accident, until Y/N stood in front of me. It was the most awkward interaction ever.
