Emma's POV

I woke up on the couch in the theater room.  The room was dark. Dustin must have put me in here. I was so sore.  My body hurt like hell. My chest, arms and legs throbbed in pain.  I sat up on the couch. I stood then sat back down right away gasping.

Oh god it hurt so bad.

I gingerly stood up and walked to the staircase. Making it down the staircase is a challenge.  My ribs hurt, my head felt like nails being drove through it. My stomach was rolling. I realize I'm wearing I was only in a pair of skimpy shorts and a tank top. I am guessing that Dustin  probably changed me. My house is freezing cold.

I rounded the corner in the hallway when I stubbed my toes against a coffee table. For a few seconds I couldn't breathe and then it hit me all at once. I let out a blood curling scream.  I collaspe to the ground.

Tears leaked from my eyes. I couldn't help it. I was in so much pain.

Dustin's POV

I changed Emma into more comfortable clothes and laid her down in the theater room. I would have laid her down in her room but she's on the third floor and none of us would be able to hear her.

I covered her up and went to join everyone else. Ray was making food.

'How is she?' Tucker asked.

'Tired. She fell asleep before we even left McDonalds. I am worried about her though. She's gonna be in a lot of pain.'

'Did you guys pick up her vitamins and pain killers?' Alex asked.

'Yes, I should have woke her up and given her some pain killers when we got home but she was sleeping so well. I didn't want to disturb her.'

'At least she's sleeping.'

'What happened?' Remi asked.

'She and Mia were driving up a couple of days ago to see me at the fight when they were run off the road. The car rolled twice then it hit a tree. They were lucky. If they were human they would have most likely died on the spot. At least that's what the police said.' I said.

'Shit. How's Mia?' Tucker asked.

'She's got a couple cuts, scrapes and briuses. But she'll be okay if nothing else happens to them anytime soon. They have to be careful. Especially Emma, she's pregnant now. It's not just her that she has to worry about anymore.' Luke said.

We sighed. Ray started dishing out food when I heard Emma scream.Every thought raced through my head as I ran to get to her.

She is laying on the floor crying.

'Emma. Honey what's wrong?' I scooped her up off the floor.

'Toe.' Sob 'Table' Sob 'Hurt' She sobbed into my shoulder.

'Why didn't you call one of us to come get you?' She just sobbed some more.

'It will be okay sweetie. Let's go get you some ice.' She nodded but her face never left my chest. I carried her downstairs and set her on the counter. Remi got some ice and placed the ice pack on her foot.

'Dustin it hurts.' She wailed.

'I know baby but this is going to help.' She shook  her head and sobbed as I pressed the bag down on her foot.

'Dustin please stop.' She sobbed even harder. I took the ice pack off. Her foot was turning  purple. Her wolf's not healing her at all.

'Remi will you come look at her foot?' I asked. He rounded the counter and stood next to me.
