Chapter Twenty

Daniel

We arrived at the skating rink & there was over 200 fans there. "This is all you, i didn't agree to this. Sorry." Sam gabbed sierras arm and they got out. Immediately all the fans started screaming "Sammy!!" I got out of the car & I was greeted by a security guard. "Are you Daniel Skye?" He asked. "um yes." I replied. "Follow me." He said. I did as I was told & followed him inside. He set up a table right next to the entrance door where I could meet everyone. I decided to tweet, "There is so many of you, i'll try my best to meet everyone. Sadly Sam won't be joining me." I met so many people already & i'm exhausted. "Can I ask you something?" a fan came up to me. "Yes." i replied. "Are you & Sierra still dating? Or is she with Sam?" she pointed behind me. I turned around, I could see Sierra & Sam laughing. They were having a good time with out me.  That's supposed to be me with her, not Sam. "No. Sierra is single!" i smiled & took the pic with her.

Sierra

Sam & I walked out of the car & inside the skating rink. "Wow your fans are pretty loud!" I laughed. "I know, that's why I feel bad for not meeting them. But they have to understand I just want to hang out with my friends." He said. "Yeah. I can't believe Daniel did this, & with out even asking you." I said. "Yeah. Well we are still going to have fun!" He grabbed my hand & took me to get the skates. I have to admit I'm a horrible skater. "Sam I can't even get up!" I said as I fell. "Haha, You're lucky I can skate. Here I'll help you, grab my hand." He said. I reached out for his hand & he pulled me around, we skated for a little bit. "I got you! I promise." Sam smiled, i guess he could tell i was terrified. "i want to try it by my self, but stay close just incase!" I said to Sam. He let go of me & I skated a few feet. "Whoa this is fun!" I said. I caught him staring at me smiling, "Good job!" He clapped.

An hour passed & we were starving. Daniel was still outside meeting fans. So Sam & I walked to Chick fil a, for dinner. "Today was fun, besides the whole Daniel thing." Sam said. "Yeah, I'm glad I spent it with you." I said. "So what's the whole Grace situation? Did you really kiss her brother?" He asked me. I looked down, "Oh sorry I shouldn't have asked that. I'm an idiot!" He apologized. "No. It's fine. So basically Daniel met her last summer, on tour, she was a fan. But Daniel liked her, & she ended up moving here. Long story short Daniel & i got into a fight, he kissed her, we broke up, they became close can't remember if they dated or not, I became close to her brother, Daniel & I got back together, we went on that cruise last week, her brother tried to kiss me several times, but I always pushed him away & even slapped him once. He told me he was moving & I don't know why but I kissed him. Then Daniel walked in, & he kicked them out of the room. I haven't heard from them since." I said. "Oh wow, that sounds like a love story disaster. I would never cheat on my girl. Also I don't think what you did was too bad, I mean he did it because he was mad at you. You just did it to because you felt bad for her brother." Sam said. "Yes finally! You understand. I mean I do feel bad & I know it was wrong. I just wish Daniel would forgive me. We are even now, I don't understand why he's mad at me all the time." I said. "Well i'm here to make things better." Sam smiled.

We finished our dinner & went back to the rink. Daniel was sitting on a bench with Robert & Katie. "Hey guys, where have you been?" Robert asked. "We went out for dinner, since Daniel was too busy." Sam looked at him. "Yeah well I had a lot of fun today, did you?" Daniel asked. "Of course, I had a blast with Sierra." Sam replied. Daniel got up, "okay well let's go!" He said then got in the car. We arrived back at Daniels house & went to sleep.

Next Day

I woke up next to Sam, again in his arms. To be honest I like that feeling, he's bigger than Daniel & when he hugs me it feels like a warm blanket. "Good morning." He said in his cute sleeping voice. I quickly moved away from his arms, "how long have you been awake?" I asked. "Like 10 minutes" he said. "Why didn't you move me.." I asked him. "Because you looked comfortable." He smiled. It made me blush, but i shouldn't be blushing. I looked over at Daniels bed & he wasn't there. "Where's Daniel?" I asked Sam. "Beats me, I heard him leave like an hour ago." Sam said. I looked at my phone, it was 11:30am.

Daniel

I couldn't sleep so I decided to text grace. I walked to the backyard & sat on a tree.

D- you up?
G- yes!
D- can I call you?
G- sure.

Call

D- hi grace.
G- hi Daniel! Before you say anything, I'm still here in Florida. I leave tomorrow.
D- can I go see you?
G- right now?
D- yes!
G- how about I meet you at the beach in 5?
D- sound great. See you there.

I headed to the beach & sat on a bench to wait for Grace. I felt cold hands cover my eyes, "guess who?" She asked. I turned around to hug her, "Hey!" i smiled. We took a walk down the beach & talked. "So how are you?" She asked me. "Great. How about you?" I asked. "Okay, I guess. I'm sad about moving, i don't want to leave you." She paused. "I dot want you to leave either! What am I gonna do with out my best friend?" I said. "Can you tell me what happened?" She asked. "I saw Sierra kissing Matthew." I said. "Are you serious?" She asked, surprised. "Sadly yes. She said he tried to kiss her several times, so she decided to kiss him back after he told her he was moving." I said. "Oh Daniel I'm sorry, are you two okay?" Grace asked. "I broke up with her, but I mean she's living at my house for this week. Also I think my friend, Sam, & her have something going on." I replied. "Well I'm always here for you!" She re assured me. "Thank you! I love you, grace." I said then kissed her cheek.

We walked back to our street then said our goodbyes. I hugged her so tight I swear i broke her ribs, "I don't want you to leave! You better text me everyday." I said. "I will, bye." She began crying. "Please don't cry. I don't want this to be a sad moment. I have to go, but I'll call you later." I said then walked inside my house.

I saw Sam & Sierra eating. "He returns!" Sam yelled. "Where did you go?" Sierra asked. "For a walk. So what's for breakfast?" I asked. "Cereal. Now eat up. We are going to go shopping for the party on Friday." Sierra said. "Party?" I asked. "Yes! New Years is Friday! Your moms throwing a party." Sam added. "Oh yeah! I forgot." I said then served myself cereal. After we all ate we headed to party city for decorations.
